It runs about 50 minutes or so,

Ron Richards from iFanboy.com joins me for a special podcast this week, as we chat over the week's Top Ten list, expose me for the fraud I am, and talk about Ron's first trip to Chicago.

Fun fun fun. I hope. I didn't have time to listen to it.

Fun so far, although I've only listened to the first ten minutes this morning.

I can't believe I missed the Lone Wolf and Cub references in that Ripclaw issue. Got a preview copy of it as well, and like you found it kind of interesting, but kind of dissapointing. Ripclaw as the kid from "The Sixth Sense" didn't do much for me, plus I found it weird that they cut away whenever there was any action. It was a weird choice, but I suppose it saved space to fit in all the story and finish it in one issue.

That was fun! Jamal Ingle? LOL. I already miss Jamal's work on Nightwing. It's a shame he didn't last more than 4~5 issues. I wonder if this was his or DC's decision to move him to something else. He seemed pretty excited to get the gig and I was really loving his work on the book.

Trip -- I keep hoping Jamal winds up on a book I'm interested in. I love his art, but can't bring myself to buy too many comics just for the art these days. . .

Goman -- The LONE WOLF reference jumped out at me so much that I had to go back to reread the panel to make sure I got it right. Do you see it now? I can go track down the panel, if you'd like.

I think that Nightwing (check out this double page spread (http://bp0.blogger.com/_0ELZ9b065w8/Rp40tB9YezI/AAAAAAAAAFk/4w-nsnRXsfk/s1600-h/RacerX-Nightwing134-p09-10.jpg) from a recent issue) was my first extended (if that is what 5 issues constitutes these days) exposure to Jamal's work and I was incredibly impressed! I'm with you - my days of spending willy nilly on comics to follow one writer/artist are gone so I guess I'll have to keep my fingers crossed that he'll end up on one of the four or five DC books that I am reading regularly these days.

Thanks, Chris. I'm trying to get a couple more interviews going, too. We'll see how that pans out in the weeks and months ahead. . .
