I heard this on the radio the other day, and thought it was silly and juvenile, and damn if it hasn't given me the biggest laughs I've had this month.

You take the name of a car model - any car that you happen to see, or any model name you can remember - and put the word "anal" in front of it. Some of them don't make any sense, but some of them do. Such as:
