What's a good way to reduce the file size of 80x80 image in Photoshop to use it here as an avatar?

All I did for mine was IMAGE - Image Size (in the drop down menu) and adjusted to the size listed in the CBR FAQ about avatars.

I don't constrain the proportions. I find when I do, the size will not be 80 x 80. :(
