Cool!
I have to say I think Dale Eaglesham totally deserves the credit. He simply MADE that book work in every way, from a very very busy and complicated script.
I think this is the third WFA for a book or character I've written.
THANKS, WIZARD VOTERS!

VU is a good mini. One of the best that came from that year. Congrats to the VU team.

You both did great work on that book. Congratulations.
With so many "flavors of the month" that do nothing for me being big names in comic books these days, I am glad Gail and Dale keep getting more and more popular because I "get them".

The actual award itself is really cute, a kid with a rolled-up comic in his back pocket done in bronze.

Congrats! That special was easily the best part of Infinite Crisis.

Awesom-O! Congrats to you and your Villains collaborators. That was the Crisis tie-in book that I enjoyed the most... humor in desperation, six vs. the Society, quirkiness (Parademon and Ragdoll) and mystery (who's playing the Six's strings and which one is that one), and sinister sexiness.

You're kind of talking about the mini series (which I do believe won a wizard fan award last year!). This award was for the special that followed the series. Parademon was already dead.

Definitely was. I actually liked it more than most of Infinite Crisis. It kicked tuchus.

It was the work that brought me here for sure. And don't give all the credit away, the script was beautiful and very unique for me as a life-long comic fan. As much as I complain about heroes walking the line between right and wrong, I found the format very compelling in the case of VU and SS.
Great work and an honor well deserved!
