Are there going to be any more Powers TPBs released?

The reason I ask is because it's been a year since the last one came out. Volumes 10 and 11 have been solicited but still haven't been released. Any word on why they haven't been released yet?

COSMIC (v10) is allegedly coming out in early September and it's mentioned as "next month" in the letters column to last week's POWERS #25.

Beyond that, no idea. It keeps getting pushed back, week by week, but I don't know why.
