Personally, I think it should have been settled over a tournament of Mario Kart.

Basicly no method truly works when the contestants are Tony Stark and Steve Rodgers. Tick-Tack-Toe? not when both contesants realize the game alwase ends in a draw. Drawing Straws? not when one has x- ray vision. Chess, Stratigo or Checkers? not when one is the greatest stragic mind in the nation. WWII triva game? Name the woman by her underpants? How many Nazi/communists have you killed? No, No and No.

Realy Baseball is the closest thing you can get to being fair. I wonder who plays what position.
