Is the Batman and Son HC late?

I dont live close to a comic shop so I preordered it, and according to my account, it's still a pre order. Amazon has it listed as one too.

does any one know when it's coming out?

I'd like to know as well, I went to my LCS to pick it up and the guys behind the counter just kind of stared at me like I had grown a second head. They ended up convincing me I had the date wrong...

No, you had the date right, but it was delayed. And I haven't seen a revised date. I'm honestly not surprised it's late, because it contains stories clear up through #666, which just came out a couple of weeks ago. Since that issue was late, it only makes sense that the collection is late.
