see this is why I say this is the best book marvel puts ou in my opinion... great story, great interaction, great pacing, great characters, and SICK artwork...

in short this is the kind of book all other comics should aspire to be

Oh and agree. This is a superb storyline with fantastic art.

Its weird, I NEVER really liked this book that much. It was sorta fun and thats about it. But ever since Skottie Young came on board - I've been LOVING it!

Yeah the art even as shallow as it seems really makes a big difference in the feel of the book. I guess it's the storytelling and the emotion the artist can generate through the pencils.

a supernatural being but come one. They should have put a panel with Dr

So much for me going entirely un-spoiled!

Once again Santo delivers the goods. And I laughed out loud at Vics "Shut. Up." :D

I'm kinda surprised at the decision to give Sooraya one of the reactions to Santo's new form - interesting! Loving seeing her "exposed" though. 'Scool.

Pixie is indeed adorable "and you're mean" heehee! She's still the same Megan!

I love the pic of them all arriving at Belascos castle!

I was kinda hoping for someone to see the changed Vic, Megan and Santo and be all " LOOK OUT TWISTED DEMON LIMBO VERSIONS OF OUR FRIENDS!". Trance would bea prime candidate :D

Wasn't Anole teamleader of the Alpha Team back in the good old days?
If yes then i guess its really fitting for him to do the decesions.

Looks like Pixie is still saver (including her soul) right now then Illyna was when she returned from limbo.

Oh and before i forget (and yes i said that before), THATS HOW O*N*E SENTINELS AND THEIRE PILOTS SHOULD BE PRESENTED.
This is how fans could accept that there is a government organisation using piloted Sentinels to watch mutants.
And dammit this is the first time i really hope that this pilot actualy survives!

LOL! That's what I thought. Although the characters complaining about the plot is not particularly good...

Anyway, preview looks awesome, can't wait to see how Skottie Young presents the Astonishing team and Dr. Strange.

I really liked the use of the O*N*E* during this arc. It was nice to see them being useful and sympathetic for once.

Don't let Illyana die or go to limbo!

I would love for there to be least a little interaction between Kitty & Yana, but I don't expect it to happen.

I disagree whole heartedly. Belasco is the ruler of this realm and thus has near perfect control of everything in it. Why shouldn't he be able to come back to life etc? I'm tired of how Marvel repeatedly puts out books that demonstrate how awesome a character is power wise just so they can have him/her taken down next panel to show the superiority of the people fighting him/her. Its much better when the characters win against all odds and with a Hail Mary pass.

Yeah she is. Kinda annoyed me how she flipped out on Julian and punched him in the face a few times. I think he made a better leader then she did when I look back at the Hellions progress as a team when he was leading.

I'm hoping Belasco gets the crap kicked out of him by Illyana and I can understand why he would be able to brush off the other mutants attacks so easily. Hes like a god in terms of power within his own realm compared to them.

You know, that's a very good question, as I don't recall Belasco ever being harmed by a telepath, though I could be wrong. Yet, in Uncanny X-Men, shortly after Illyana returns from Limbo, Xavier tries to read her mind but finds that he can't, then notes that her thoughts are protected by powerful psionic shields. He wonders if this is some latent talent or a result of Belasco's influence. Therefore, it stands to reason that if Illyana is shielded from telepathic intrusion because of her time in Limbo, Belasco should be too.
