What do you mean? The Special is a Special. And Vol. 2 is an Ongoing.

The volume 2 issues are #1, #2 and #3.

This is known as numerical order.

It was decided to do a special, when FC was picked up as an ongoing.

It was simply a means of filling a month, between the Miniseries and Ongoing.

I'm kinda sad i missed out on the first time though, i picked up first class #1 a while back because i was having a light week and it was pretty fun.

They have the first time though in a trade or coming out with one? That would be great.
