Meltdown TPB?

I remember meltdown getting good reviews and I see the TPB is out on Amazon, anyone care to review it? (Spoiler free)

The story of a dying superhero's final days, and how he faces death - it's good. Well written and dramatic, particularly the second half. The ending is tragic and bittersweet, one of the few comics to get a true emotional reaction out of me. I recommend it.
