countdown #30- the future?????

okok. is it just me or does it look like baman, wonderwoman, and green lantern all seem like they are looking at like a ghost?

i think what will happen is kyle, jason, and donna go into the future by mistake and meet batman, wonderwoman and green lantern of the future. But the batman, wonderwoman and green lantern of the future isnt the same batman, wonderman and green lantern of the present. It is actually kyle, jason and donna, who have all taken over the role of there friend or mentor.

jason becomes batman.
donna becomes wonderwoman
and kyle becomes greenlantern of earth.

the only reason i thought of this theory, was because of the final crisis teaser, and how it says. hereos die, but legends live forever. So could that meen that batman, wonderwoman, green Lantern and other huge hereos could of died in final crisis, and then jason, donna and kyle take over there roles as batman, wonderwoman, and green lantern?

what do you guys think of this theory?



oh also this makes me happy:) my last two predictions for countdown were right. how Mister Mxyzptlk will play a role in countdown, and how holly and harley go with the amazons and live with them.

yea but u never know, what ever lets them go to different earth might be glitched and bring them into the future.

Actually, I kinda thought the reverse: those are Batman, GL and WW in the past, and they're looking at these possible future versions/offspring of themselves.

welll they cant be in the past cuz the green lantern, ( not kyle, the guy on the right) has a gray strip above his ear, so that meens hes old.

just glancing at it I notice the yellow around the bat on BM's chest, the older looking version of WW's constume...made me think they-jason, donna and kyle ended up on the "silver age" alternate earth if that makes any sense.

Hal Jordan had grey sideburns for quite some time in the past. It still works.

Wow....if the silver age heroes got moved to another earth, and Troy, Todd, and Rayner became the next age of heroes on the "main" earth(a la Earth 1 and Earth 2)...that would be crazy.

but still to every one who thinks its the past. i dont think there face like that if they say some people thye didnt know. they would only be that surprsied to see your self, or if you see a ghost

My theory is Donna, Jason, and Kyle's search for Ray Palmer will bring them to the silver age, and why not, it would make sense considering alot of Palmer's greatest moments came from the Silver Age. I mean, when else was he one of the DCU's biggest?

I don't think they are in the future or the past.....I think that they are on a world where kyle is GL, Donna is WW, and Jason is Batman.....such a world was alluded to in infinite Crisis..........

Except the Wonder Woman is in her Golden Age/First Appearence costume. That would mean she would be the 'Earth-2' version, not 'Earth-1'. This is NOT her Silver Age look. Also, pre COIE, did Hal ever have the grey temples?

I think we're definately seeing earth-hopping though.
