I was reading my copy of Strange Apparitions and I started on the Englehart/Rogers story from 1978. It was an interesting read but I have this little itch, see, while Joker and Bats are duking it out in the rain, Joker says, 'Nice day for fishing, don't you think?' (Roughly quoting). The next thing he says is, 'Next week, I'm licensing this face to rock bands!'

Who is Joker talking about? :confused: I have an idea but I wanted to see what everyone els got out of that.
