Any problem with the Marvel Premieres?

thinking of picking up the HC of newuniversal after seeing the really cool new cover art which is totally in contrast of the art the 6 issues put out..
but im pretty new to marvel collecting so whats the biggest turn off abt premieres...

I'd prefer a larger trim size, but they're otherwise pretty unobjectionable.
