Need Some Character Help

Okay, I've always been more inclined to Marvel than DC for some reason, I do read a few DC comics but not to many.

Well I need help finding a character who is one of the few: extreme military influence (maybe even affects costume, i dunno punisher style), ninja (like snakeyes from GI Joe or something), non flashy costume (tights etc.).

An Anti-Hero or Villian is okay, just someone who is one of those, a badass is a plus :p

Maybe Jason Todd? He's shaping up to be DC's newest bad boy, although he still hasn't exactly been clearly defined since his return. Plus, there's no guarantee that he'll even make it out of Countdown alive, but he does sort of fit with your criteria nevertheless.
