Well it's been 7 years since the 90s, and it's a good time to look back.

Tons of heroes and villains were spawned, but were any of them any good? is there a darkseid, a Luthor or even a Penguin in the bunch? Who do we want to see more of?

Doomsday and Bane are the most successful but they seem like they should not count. They were created for the express purpose of killing/maiming their heroes and since then have done nothing even comperable.

Same with Monarch/Extant, another event villain who has never done anything interesting.

So who else is there?

Parallax, who was pretty cool in his own right.

From the animated series, you get a completely reboted Mr. Freeze, although I'm not sure if you'd count that as new. You also get the always popular Harly Quinn.

Bedlam was an awesome team villain for the kids from Young Justice, but... with most of them either dead or out of the way today, I guess he doesn't have much of a place.

Devastation was a neat new Wonder Woman enemy. She would've made a great villain for Cassie or Donna, too.

Morrison's Prometheus made for some fun team villainy when he was running with Luthor's gang, but independently he wasn't much of a villain. Except for his appearances in Gail's run on Birds of Prey, but I think he was pumped up quite a bit too much there.

There's only one villain of the 90s who rules and will rule it FOREVER.

Cyborg Superman
