(anyone who's interested in the rest of our new house, I added TONS of pics to the other thread).

Here are shots inside the Closet (a walk in, w/ TONS of shelving), in the comics room.

Nick says "it looks like a fuggin store in here!!!"

Last couple.

I had so many comics, magazines, and action figures, that I not only ended up taking a few shelves in our master bedroom closet (pics of those later, if anyone is interested), but I also took over the top two shelves and the floor of the linnen closet right out side of the Comics room.

hmmmm. . now if I only had some original Honor Brigade art and a script to frame next to the issue (as I have done w/ that Elementals page, and the Colleen Doran costume design for Bloodstorm).

(it's hard to see, because some of the pics came out blurry, but there are LOTS of action figures and statues scattered all over the room, including two sets of KISS figures (in addition to the plushes), several sets of Nightmare Before Christmas (Lock, Shock and Barrel; Jack n Sally; the Doctor; the mayor), About 6 different Pheobus (I have a crush on him. . yes, the animated character from Disney's Hunchback of Notre Dame), at least two different Harley Quinns and 5 Poison Ivy statues and figures. . . not to mention two Katchoo's. . (the bathing beauty statue, and the Katchoo and Francine busts). . Katchoo alone would kick thier asses.

and don't forget Godzilla on top of the TV. . he roars when you push one of the buildings.

Too many, as Nick would say.

assume a long box holds 350 comics.

so 350 x 44 (10 under table, 27 in closet, 7 in master closet) = 15,400.

plus assorted comics stacked everywhere. . which is at lease a few hundred.

I dunno. . 16K?

is that a lot?

It was hard to see in the pics, but I have hanging in that room:

the Orange Neon blacklight Kiss "fuzzy" poster (behind the entrance door)

the "sketch" print, bought for $10 in 1977 from "Deck the Halls" (I think) right over the daybed.

and an auographed pic of Ace w/ the Smoking guitar (it says "to Robert, ROCK ON!" with his full name and playing card logo he always adds to autographs if he's in a good mood. . . I got that sig the 2nd time I met Ace, around 84-85, and it's been on my walls ever since). now it's between the Alex Ross' "Scary Godmother" print, and an original "Cry for Dawn" poster signed by Joe Monks (I'd love to get Linsner to sign it too. . but I'm too chicken to ask him).
