Anyone watched the premiere?

Not bad.

On paper, the cast didn't seem all that pleasing to me but tonight's episode was very enjoyable. I think this season could be better than last.

Especially the interactions between Flavor Flav and Bridgitte. That slap he gave back to her was hilarious. And the lady's a walking She-Hulk, but freaky looking. Not to mention she just loooves to take it off. lol.

Jordan Knight almost looked unrecognizeable. I thought Dave Coulier was going to go nuts on him once Jordan mentioned how hot the Olsen Twins were.

And I guess Ryan Starr is the cute/hot chick for this one.

Looks like this season will be more interesting than I thought.

I watched it and actually really enjoyed it.

Ryan Starr is very attractive. I'm kinda freaked out that there is a member of the opposite sex with my first name (even if she changed it).

I loved the budding friendship between Coulier and Flava Flav.

I was cracking up whenever anyone called Flava, "Flavor". How the hell does no one know who Flava Flav is?

I'll definately add this to my must- watch-list for awhile.

Nice to see someone who hates reality TV give this show a chance.

We'll convert you yet sir! ;) :) :D

I WILL RESIST!!!

It wasn't my fault. VH1 has been running that damn "Behind the Surreal Life" show all weekend as an extended commercial. I never even saw the first two seasons, yet I was sucked in.

The hot chick, Flava Flav, and the promise of censored boobies sealed the deal. I was weak.

Forgive me fellow reality-TV hatah's.

Any idea who's gonna be the Corey Feldman of the season? Last season it was Vanilla Ice.

After seeing her in Rocky IV last night, it looks like Miss Nielsen (Rod Sonja) has been pumping iron... Your She-Hulk comparison is dead on... no CGI would be required if she was cast... just some green makeup.

There was a time long ago when she was supposed to star in the SHE-HULK movie. They had the poster of her made up with her as SHE-HULK but I think they couldn't sell the movie to anyone who would pay for funding to get it made.

Any idea who's gonna be the Corey Feldman of the season? Last season it was Vanilla Ice.

The closeset thing we get is ex-NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK guy Jordan Knight. He's doesn't seem to want to interact with the others and has sort of a selfish attitude. He's nowhere near the loudmouth pain in the butt Ice and Corey were but I see his attitude causing problems down the road.

Bridgitte(?) is this season's Trishelle to the tenth power with a don't take no s*** attitude. She likes to drink, get naked, and needs attention from men.

Ryan Star is this season's Tammy Fae. She's a "goody two shoes" who hates anything raunchy, mean or "in your face". She's going to have multiple meltdowns with Flava Flav in the house.

Charo and Dave (from FULL HOUSE) are the most "normal" and sensible of the group. Although Dave tends to freak if anyone makes any sort of sexual comments about the Olsen Twins.

I think this season will be even better than last's.

Yes, I too hate reality television. Then I saw a couple episodes from last season when VH1 was running a marathon of it. I hate to admit it, but I loved it. I only tuned in this season because I'm kinda wondering what the hell Dave Coulier is up to nowadays, but now surprisingly, it's kinda enjoyable.

I remember hearing that Surreal Life was supposed to parody other reality shows. Are they still doing that, or are they just gonna give 'em some stuff to do together to make for interesting reactions? I mean during the season previews, I thought that that hauted hotel shtick pretty much resembeld Fear Factor or something, but I couldn't recognize anything else.

Well, that's understandable, considering they had to be somewhat like daughters to him, considering how much time they were together on the set of Full House.

The only parody of this show I can come up with is The Real World, except these people are like has been celebs, except for maybe Ryan Starr.

The haunted house preview did remind me of something they did on The Mole, at least from a camera point of view.

According to one of the creator/producers that was the orginal plan. They moved on from that idea and just basically give the tasks to do and places to go to get them out of the house. Like putting on talent shows, meeting the neighbors, going to nudists colonies, going shopping, nights out on the town, running a resturant, and such. Other than the haunted house, I've got no idea what's plan for this season.

Yeah, that's basically what he said. Dave said he watched Mary-Kate and Ashley grow up from when they were babies. Even so, he must hear and get asked about them all the time. You'd think he'd have a sense of humor about it or not react that way.

I love this show! I saw the first two seasons. The only thing that sucks is I don't have cable so I have to catch what episodes I can on my man's TV since he has VH1. Last season with Tammy Faye Baker and Ron Jeremy was excellent. This season looks promising. I had no idea Bridgette was such a nut. (I guess we know why Sly divorced her) And that little brunette from American Idol Ryan Star? Hubba, hubba. *drool*

I just wanted to have a somewhat "perv" moment here and point out that Charo is holding up quite well for someone her age. Charo has the best body in the house. Brigittte on the other hand while she likes to get naked is flabby and thick in the middle and looks older than she is.

I always find it interesting to see what yesterday's "stars" look like today.

Anyone got any SURREAL LIFE wish lists of ex-stars they'd like to see on the show?

Pick an ex-singer, ex-sitcom star, reality tv "star", eye-candy ex-playmate/covergirl/model type, and some "bad boy" ex-rocker. 3 guys, 3 gals.

Charo's 63.

Brigitte is 41 and looks like a granny.

As for who should be on the show?

Mr. T
Paul Reubens aka Pee Wee Herman
Kirk Cameron - his Christian beliefs might make for some interesting clashes with other housemates. You should see the E! True Hollywood Story behind this guy and how his beliefs affected his work on Growing Pains.

Maybe...maybe not. I've seen plenty of women younger than Charo who've had stuff done and it doesn't look natural or half as good. plus she's got lots of pep and energy. She's always bouncing and jumping around. She doesn't act like she's in her 60s. Hmmm....maybe she isn't. I'm gonna check. If she is she's amazing!

Did anybody else think it was funny when Ryan Starr said she was 21 and too young for such nastiness (in reference to the male strippers).

I also loved when she immediately assumed the black guy in the house was the rapper. Cause she knew there was a rapper in the house. First black guy she sees has to be the rapper.

I watched the last season marathon this weekend and it was the first time i had seen this show, I am totally hooked now.
I then watched the first episode of this new season and it seems to have lost something... first of all I can't even understand Flava, Charo, and even Brigette sometimes.

So far it looks like the only "partier" in the house is Brigette. if you remember from last season, Trishelle, Traci and Ron Jeremy all partied, Ice was loud and obnoxious even if he didn't drink, Erik Estrada was kind of the party cheerleader and Tammy Faye was just hysterical but also earned a ton of my respect. I don't think that can be beat, everyone from last season was outgoing and this season it seems Dave Coulier, Jordan Knight, and Ryan Starr are all quiet.

She probably did. Still, it's not over the top like Cher or Farrah Fawcett where she just ends up looking like a strange warped version of herself. Her face looks like the face of an older woman. If she had any boob work done that would be understandable but the rest of her body is holding on pretty well. I can't think of any other over 60 year female in Hollywood holding up so well. Except for perhaps Dolly Parton and I don't think Dolly is as old as Charo yet.

I just noticed that tonight's episode is only a half hour.

This wasn't the case with the WB last season, no?

I know the first season was half hour for sure.

But I'm pretty sure last season was one hour each showing.

Am I right?

I think this season will rule. All the uncomfortable moments with Flava are going to be funny.

Why do I get the feeling that the last epsiode will feature Jordan Knight and Flava Flav trying to get Bridgette Nielsen's brain into Ryan Starr's body?

I second that motion. I'm glad Ryan is gonna get into a swimsuit next ep. See the previews where Flav is so turned on by Ryan (in her bikini) that he *falls* from his floating device into the water?? Hilarious!

Dave & Ryan seem to be the only normal people in the house.

Flava Flav is so eccentric he's funny as hell.

Brigette scares me to death. Muscle-bound women don't turn me on, at all. But her relationship with Flav is *gold*. You can't get an odder couple.

Why is Knight even on the show if he just wants to stay in his room all the bloody time? He must be really hurting for cash.

The only reason she's on the show is because she's a eye candy. Nothing more, nothing less. And that Britsh prick from American Idol pulled some strings for her.

I just watched the second episode and thought it was another winner. Watching this group is like watching a train wreak. Watching Flava and Bridgette(sp) my out is just disturbing in some ways but I can't take my eyes off of them. It's just strange watching two wacky, ugly people just babble on about nothing and make out.
So far the rest of the houseguests are quite boring when they aren't interacting with those two though.

Ryan's girlfriend came over for a swim and found Flava and Brigite in the pool together, Flava getting a hard on for Brigitte. Ryan insisted on waiting till the couple were done cause she can't stand Flava. Flava senses it and proceeds to tease Ryan and tell her that he wasn't done with the pool yet.

It was later date night as Jordan tried to hit on Ryan but was rejected. While Flava asked Ryan if she was a virgin and she got irritated.

Ryan was pissed at Flava for playing pool while she was snoozing and later Flava joined Brigitte in bed and she took off her clothing.

Hopefully, you are still alive after reading this.

What I am troubled by is that Brigitte is a alcoholic and we are watching it on TV. The pretty girl from last year's show was a drunk too. Obviously, the producers knew about this stuff going in and it's a shame they exploit it for entertainment. Brigitte needs some major help. Someone said she is age 41? She looks 55 at least. Being a drunk can age you quickly. I don't think it's funny to watch her get sloshed, act stupid and sleep all day. They ought to do an intervention on the show and pay for her rehab at the Betty Ford clinic. It's sad. Where are her friends and family? What do they do about alcoholism in Europe? She's always talking about how things are different in Europe. I can see why Stallone dumped her. She's a drunk who can't be cured.

Good googlymoogly, YES. She skulks around and acts like a grandmother and I think she takes herself way too seriously. She's part of an experience that if nothing else should be enjoyed for the sheer bizarreness of it and she behaves as if she's in a nunnery. I enjoy seeing the way Flava takes her down a peg every now and then. But so far, Flava is making the show. Watching him and Brigitte steal every episode aired so far has been enjoyable.

Ryan Starr continues to be one of the most annoying people on tv. And that calling everyone "dude" in her manly voice is distracting.

The most amazing thing about the latest episode was that as they were putting their song together it sounded so horrible and when the studio guy worked his magic on it it sounded just as good most of the dopey pop songs on the radio. After hearing the end result it made sense why Jordan wasn't worried about how bad everything sounded. He probably knew from experience that the studio guy could make bad singing and playing sound halfway decent.

It also explained why the engineer was looking progressively more and more horrified. "I have to make something out of THIS...?"

And yeah, Ryan is slowly edging out Brigitte Nielsen in our household as being the most useless and annoying person on the show, even though, unlike Brigitte, Ryan seems to actually have some discernible talent. But they're both pretty awful.

Yes, but in the end that song sounded about as good as half awful the pop songs they play on the radio. Now imagine how bad that song sounded before the engineer fixed it.... Now imagine how totally awful some singers and bands must sound that have songs that get air play that don't even sound as good as that song.

Jordan was hitting some pretty terrible notes but after engineering wizardry was applied he sounded decent, like when he was with NEW KIDS. I hear plenty of singers who don't sound nearly that good after they've been fixed. It's scary to imagine how bad they must've been without being "fixed" if the end results are that bad.

I continue to hate Ryan more and more with each passing episode.

In Flav's defense...it's that the way you train a pup/dog not to "go" in a particular place? It seems someone needed to do something to teach the dog not to "go" anywhere it wanted because when the dog did it all the other times everyone just started saying "Oh no!" without trying to do anything about it.

Lastly, except for Flav and Brigette(sp) the rest of the household continues to be dull. Sally J. had very little interesting tape to show about the other houseguests.

I have to admit we were howling with laughter throughout -- somehow the reality-TV trope of setting people up to mock them seems less cruel on this show, probably because all these celebrities are already whoring themselves and would keep doing it whether the show exists or not. But really, after last night with Chyna and Verne, last season with Brigitte, and the season before that with Trishelle, I am convinced that they cast these people deliberately hoping for alcoholism. If Verne Troyer thought reality TV was undignified before, I wonder what he thinks NOW. He couldn't have looked worse if he'd set out to DELIBERATELY torpedo his good name. What a lecherous little souse.

I saw this last night and my girlfriend and I absolutely HOWLED with laughter.

In fact, I meant to post my i.m. with my buddy about how great this show was.

Quick opinions:

* Joanie (Chyna) - Beeyitch. Sorry. You won't see me say that often around here, but she started off oh-so-crappily.

* Da Brat - Da Beeyitch. Not sorry. The only reason Chyna beat her out was because Brat was rude... from a distance. From the previews of things to come, she'll probably take Chyna's title. I hope she soon realizes exactly WHY she's in a house with all of these "has been"s.

* Chris ("Peter" from the Brady Bunch) - I hope his career or popularity get an impressive bounce from this because he was VERY impressive. His personality, maturity, natural diplomacy and looks made him a stand-out member of the cast. I'm happy for him (particularly considering that he doesn't get a single freakin' residual check from "Brady" episodes).

* Vern ("Mini-Me") - Yeah. "Angry, drunken, nekkid dwarf on a scooter, pissing in the corner." Can we get a poster or bumper sticker or something with this on it? I'm gonna sue him for a new rib. He made me bust mine.

I was not expecting too much from this show but it was great. (p.s. I have seen Chyna naked and it is not a pretty sight)

Chris and Marcus are so freaking hot!

Da Brat is as said just as much a has been if not more so than everyone else in the house.

Vern's bisexual flirting first with the model and then Chris had me rolling. God I loved it.

Chris and Marcus are so freaking hot! Did you notice Marcus noticing Chris? He went out of his way, ignoring Vern's oh-so-distracting state of inebriation, to ask, "So, do you work out?" "Hmm? Yeah." "So, you work out every day?" "Eh? Yeah, yeah. Every day." Interesting revelations later? YOU make the call!

Da Brat is as said just as much a has been if not more so than everyone else in the house. Considering what's coming up down the road, I've got my fingers crossed that this will be convincingly revealed to her in the worst way!

I did notice that. The whole guy cast came off as really gay. nothing would be as hilarious as two male celebrities hooking up an a reality show.

Lets hope so. "I don't want to be in a house with a has-been." Yes and when was the last time a rap star made a really successful come back?

And one of the Go Gos is into S&M? Hilarious. I can't wait for that episode.

You have NO idea how scared I am to see that.

I don't doubt, AT ALL, that "something awful" is a perfectly precise description. (If she didn't ACT so ugly, I probably wouldn't even jump on this bandwagon. I'd even TRY to refrain from commenting on those injection-laden lips o' hers... Well, I'd TRY, anyway.)

If they hooked up, it would be a trip on SO MANY LEVELS. Not the least of which being that the female model of the group was drooling over BOTH of them!

Then again, that's fairly typical, eh?

Lets hope so. "I don't want to be in a house with a has-been." Yes and when was the last time a rap star made a really successful come back? Enh. It happens here and there, but considering her attitude, I'm hoping it skips right over her.

And one of the Go Gos is into S&M? Hilarious. I can't wait for that episode. I was pretty surprised by that one, m'self. She was one of the only two members I actively crushed on and recognized on-sight.

Chris is very well rounded & has aged very well. I'm surprised to see him in such good shape! He seems to be the father figure of the show.

Joanie was drunk most of the time. Verne got annoying after he was drunk. Joanie & Verne deserve each other...

Da Brat was fun to watch because she has to wonder if she made a wise career move to be on this show. She looks terrified just to be in the house.

Marcus & Chris' nonchalance about the two naked women had me wondering if they are gay; they did not join in when they went in the hot tub. Either both men has seen everything & are not impressed or they are just mature men who know better...

Oh look the token reality TV star. Lets run around naked and then have people eat off me. Is that really the way you want to bond with your new roommates?

"Hi, we just met and will be living together, eat some Sushi off my thigh."

And she was fawning all over Marcus while he acted disinterested. The evidence is just piling up.

Enh. It happens here and there, but considering her attitude, I'm hoping it skips right over her.

Yeah, it happens. But it is much more rare than in other forms of music. And here is fingers crossed hoping she puts out a bomb if anything at all.

I was pretty surprised by that one, m'self. She was one of the only two members I actively crushed on and recognized on-sight.

Well I am glad to be your new best friend. I about died when the Model woman was attempting to give him the water bottle and he just kept moaning and doing other stuff. And then Chris came back and then Vern kept feeling his face and playing with his shirt! I almost died.

And then the part where the curtain fell on Chris! Ack! So funny.

Chris is very well rounded & has aged very well. I'm surprised to see him in such good shape! He seems to be the father figure of the show. Yup.

Joanie was drunk most of the time. Verne got annoying after he was drunk. Joanie & Verne deserve each other... I'd say she and Brat were more alike, but if you're looking for a male-female pair of annoyances... they'll do.

Da Brat was fun to watch because she has to wonder if she made a wise career move to be on this show. She looks terrified just to be in the house. This is true. It was also fun to see this Black observer tripping the hell out over the hilarity on the VERY FIRST DAY. However, she was and will be an even bigger pain-in-the-ass, so I'm not loving her right about now.

Marcus & Chris' nonchalance about the two naked women had me wondering if they are gay; they did not join in when they went in the hot tub. Either both men has seen everything & are not impressed or they are just mature men who know better...Sure there's not a bit o' wishful thinking on your and Emma's parts? ;) (Hope you don't mind the joke.)

But, I thought Chris responded well, but also in the expected manner to the naked female bodies in such close proximity to an apparently heterosexual man.

Marcus reacted more to Chris than he did to the women, interestingly enough. So, while I was GOING to say that the fact that he's been around so many incredible specimens of womanhood probably left him harder to impress... the same could be said of the men he's been around. So, I dunno. If I had to put my money down right now, it'd be on the same thing you and Emma would probably bet on - Marcus would be more interested in getting with Chris than with any of the women in the household.

Of course, we could all be wrong, but it'll be fun to look for clues.

(While we're on the subject, I've had my suspicions about Da Brat for a while, now. I'd be interested in seeing if any of them are confirmed, but I doubt she'd slip-up in this setting.)

Well that site reviews her video has some horrifying stills from it. They rate it a -43. OMG!

I've never heard of ANYone getting a negative ANYTHING on such sites. (And I've seen some ... not-so-cuties on them.)

Oh look the token reality TV star. Lets run around naked and then have people eat off me. Is that really the way you want to bond with your new roommates? Well, she's certainly making her mark. :D

She's a nice looking lady, but she didn't set me off the way she cause spontaneous tent-pitching in Vern. I guess she lost certain inhibitions back when she decided she wanted to be popular and successful in her chosen profession. Aversions to nudity seem to be among the first to go.

"Hi, we just met and will be living together, eat some Sushi off my thigh." Ahh, why doesn't this happen to this happen to the rest of us? :p

This is further proof that it's been to be a has-been than a never-was, at least in SOME ways.

And she was fawning all over Marcus while he acted disinterested. The evidence is just piling up. Jeenkies! I think you're right!

Yeah, it happens. But it is much more rare than in other forms of music. And here is fingers crossed hoping she puts out a bomb if anything at all. *crosses fingers*

I was about fell off my chair laughing when she was with Vern. She is this sweet little woman with a high-pitched voice and then she is in vinyl with a ridding crop! Last thing I expected, to be honest.

I hated seeing her cry, though. She seems like a really sweet person.

Well I am glad to be your new best friend. I about died when the Model woman was attempting to give him the water bottle and he just kept moaning and doing other stuff. And then Chris came back and then Vern kept feeling his face and playing with his shirt! I almost died. I was really acting up. I HOWLED with laughter. I just KEPT thinking of how he must be feeling, at home right now, watching all of these things he's already signed off on and allowed to be released!

Every time I think about it I crack up. (And you ain't HELPIN', buster! :p )

And then the part where the curtain fell on Chris! Ack! So funny. I think even HE had to throw his hands up at that point. You'd have thought it was all planned or something.

I've got a buddy who said it sounds like it WAS staged. Frankly, I don't give these people enough credit to act THIS well. If it's b.s., I've completely bought into it. They suspended my disbelief quite well, thankyouverymuch.

Already better than Season 3. Let's hope it doesn't peter out (no pun intended) over the next few episodes.

I also already knew that Jane Wiedlin was an S&M dominatrix. She's mentioned it on some talk show before, I think Conan. She rocks, plain & simple.

I never saw the first season of America's Next Top Model before, but I heard about Adrienne. She seems fun, even if she's the "token recent reality TV star."

Dear god Peter Brady grew up handsome. I never saw the Brady Bunch before, but this show more than makes up for that. It's nice to see he's not jaded by Brady-ism and trying to hang on to whatever Brady-ness he has left(*cough*BarryWilliams*cough*).

Verne Troyer's a perv, rubbing Adrienne's nipple like that. He's lucky she didn't pull a Sue Hawk on him. I don't even wanna know what his reaction will be when he sees that footage of him peeing on the floor.

Marcus strikes me like he's trying too hard to be friendly while at the same time being socially awkward. At first I thought he might be dumb, but then I remembered that "knows 5 languages" thing, so maybe he's just kinda flaky.

Da Brat... well at least she admitted that she got her name by being a brat. I can't tell whether she's gonna be the Jordan or the Ryan of this season, but shame on you for calling Jane a "has-been." Hell, Miss Shawnte herself hasn't had a hit since that song with Tyrese back in '01 as far as I know, so that whole "glass houses" thing fits here. However, she did have the funniest commentary, so at least she has some use.

ETA: Nevermind.

Something was up with Joanie's face, I'm not sure if it was boatox or what.

It doesn't really shock me that Jane is a dominatrix. It's always the bubbly girls that seem to be into in the whips and chains. But yeah, she is the "nice one" of the group. Adrienne mentioned being a hippy chick, so that would explain her laid back persona. And I liked that Chris was comfortable with his former stardom, he had me laughing when comparing the Verne/Joanie conflict like a Brady Bunch episode.

And holy crap! I didn't realize it until you guys pointed it out but THEY'RE ALL GAY!!!! Well, except for Jane and Adrienne, but they were pretty comfortable in the pool together. I've gotta start paying more attention.

Oh crap. I've been calling THIS "Season 3."

Shows what I know.

Yep, I thought it was season 3 too. Im not remembering something. But whats important is SEASON 4!

Best.

Season.

EVER!

Im glad to see other folks out there as hooked as I am. I taped it and I'll probably keep them on tape until the dvd comes out for this season. Thats how bad I am.

When I saw that Adrien was gonna be on it, I KNEW I had a new Must See show. I was rooting for her in that first season of "America's Next Top Model". (Can you tell Im a reality show junky? I aint afeared to admit it!) I fell for Adrien because she was so...droll. She seemed stoned half the time, but she has been off drugs since she was 19. Apparently the damage has been done. But dizzzAMN, she be fine!

And I also have to confess...I have a man-crush on Peter Brady too! I am not even a little gay, but he is just so dang cool! And I was shocked when he showed up shirtless and he was more buffed than the supermodel guy! Way to grow up Brady!

I also howled when Verne was coming on to him at the pool and in the bed. Especially after the mighty mini-me had "Poo-pooed" reality shows earlier.

I at last see the magic formula for entertaining tv...drunk naked dwarves urinating. Im sure the fall lineup will have many impersonators, but here is the first!

And I was dissapointed in Joanie. I had seen her interviewed before and she seemed like a nice girl...whats with the rock star posing? Oh yeah...she has a band now. I have to give her credit tho for giving up the room for mini after not too much drama. I expected her to be much more diva and bitchy.

Da Brat....it says a lot about her "success" that I couldnt name one song she ever rapped in. Ive heard of her, but to see her all in a tizzy about being in a house with so-called "Has-beens"---all of whom I knew much more about than her---was funny. Her attitude is going to wear on my nerves pretty quick. I guess she fulfills the mandatory "Could-explode-at-any-comment" personality they always have to put in these shows. Thank goodness!

Marcus was good eye candy for the women, but he sure didnt contribute to this episode, altho I dd notice what you guys were saying about him seeming "Very interested" in Chris' body and workout details. I had to rewind that poolside scene a few times, and the last thing he said was "Well we should work out tomorrow morning." I wonder if that will lead to showering?

Jane seems like a cute lil girl, like Chris said "A little Pixie". Nice cleavage at the poolside tho! Crap, was I supposed to notice that?

I kinda wish they wouldnt have shown the snips from the upcoming season tho...I feel like I have already seen the highlights. Da Brat making sweet Jane cry! I hate her for that! And my girl Adrien falls for Chris! Ha! Take that supermodel guy! Of course, what woman wouldnt be strangely intruiged to be in a relationship with a grown up and hunky Peter Brady?

I think the funniest part to look forward to is to see how often and badly Verne repeats his drunken escapades. I know that deep down there is a really sad reason for his alcohol abuse (which is driven home by his amazement and ogling of Adrien's naked body---like he's never really been with a woman like that....oh wait...neither have I! Ha ha! Where's that beer?). I wont judge verne until I have walked in his teeny tiny shoes.

I cant wait for next Sunday!

Chyna made all of the women wrestlers (those actually trained to wrestle, not the valets) look bad because she was too "GOOD" to wrestle other women. Now, she and her hubbie X-Pac go out on coke binges and beat each other up. God, they need help!

Jane got nekkid cause she's a rock n' roller and don't give a crap! Model-chick got nekkid because she is trying to cling to her remaining 15 minutes.

Chris is there to just have a good time. I like the question asked of him in the cab ride "Are you a BITTER Brady?" Priceless.

More people have forgotten the Go-Go's than will ever know Da Brat. I hope the bitch gets called on it.

If you guys really can't talk about a reality show starring a bunch of lame celebrities without posting porn links or racial epithets, then the thread's going away, because it's turning into WAY more trouble than it's worth.

Once again, save the porn and racial slurs for some other board, because we don't do it here. Last warning.

The best she's been able to do is "cameo" on someone else's hit. She definitely made her mark, but I've been to a concert where she performed and she didn't put her heart into it at all. Her material consisted of NOTHING but 20-30 seconds from those cameos and her talking AT the audience, while changing clothes and talkin' about weed.

The musical content was seriously lacking. She has yet to fully redeem herself.

I don't think The Surreal Life is solely the province of has-beens. That was Da Brat's assumption. The truth of the matter is that it's cast more along the lines of B-list, lame, marginal celebrities.

Which is actually MORE insulting. So, you know, she's probably better off going with her assumption.

I don't think The Surreal Life is solely the province of has-beens. Maybe they don't advertise it that way, now, but that's the way it was originally marketed.

Whatever the case, she wasn't very nice.

I saw it on something awful, and my god, i almost cried when i saw it.
It scared the hell out of me, and caused me to crawl into a fetal position.
She is a man, or was a man, or something, because that ain't natural.

Dude...that was so funny. I wish I could get the reviewer to do MST2K on the porno.

I'm just glad they finally went back to a REAL hot chick (even if she's thin). Ryan Star, who some would say was the hot chick last season, was anything but hot. She just doesn't turn me on. She got on my nerves more than anything.

And I never would've thought a Brady looking THAT cut. Kudos to Chris.

By the way, anyone else tried Strange Love out? It didn't hook me at all, even if Flava and Briggitte were interesting last season.

Ryan had a few problems.
1, her voice, and general attitude.
2. Her face, which....there was something off about it, great body though.

well when i first heard of da brat being on this show i was like WHAT!!!!!!!.

as for the "has been" arguement between westman and cheyenne well maybe.but i STRONGLY believe it depends on who you talk to.da brat is a cold blooded female mc who could take out half the men in the industry.never have i seen a harder female rapper, except mia-x,gangsta boo and a few others.

who hasn't had a hit since when...that nonsense with tyrese....she's a has been through and through...and an idiot for not doing her homework.....

She has yet to fully redeem herself.
typical rap show...what's the problem?

well after that what else is there to do?............theres been plenty of so called hip-hop "has beens".but what these people are forgetting is that said rappers left a legacy behind that got lost on the younger generation who's into people like nelly,chingy,j-kwon,gay-z and gay unit. this says alot about the hip-hop audience not the artists.i suppose bone thugs-n-harmony are has beens too considering they some how managed to pull off a gold album off the loyal fan base alone with hardly no promotion for them.yeah if your shuned by the mainstream i guess you would be a has been.

well i'm off my soap box lol :)

Da Brat was never anything more than a female snoop dogg wanna be, who rode Jermain dupri's coat tails (to be fair most of his "Artist" have)...to say that she has some sort of legacy is laughable...had you been speaking of Lyte, or Latifah, you'd have a point....trust me, da brat will be remebered for her duet with Biggie Smalls...and even then she'll be that chick that was on the song with him...

Actually, I'd say Da Brat did have talent. Unfortunately, having talent alone doesn't prevent you from making crap music.

Naw, she'll be remembered as that manly chick who sung "Funkdafied." That song holds up even TODAY, I believe.

They played Notorious B side at the club last night...and on the radio damn near everyday....

I'm sticking with that....

Imagine going to NAS's concert and he only performs a few tight and not-so-tight lines... and that's because that's all he's done in recent memory.

That concert was almost 10 years ago and she STILL hasn't done anything to significantly increase the library of hits she could perform for her audience.

I don't know what *your* definition of has-been is, but...

Keep in mind, this is from someone who actually WENT to the concert and who BOUGHT her first cd, as soon as it came out - and LOVES/LOVED IT.

From the New York Post online:

January 18, 2005 -- MUSCLE-BOUND lady wrestler Chyna Doll is making a meal out of supermodel Marcus "The Swedish Meatball" Schenkenberg. The B-list duo, who met while filming VH1's "The Surreal Life," were seen locking lips at Scores West in the wee hours of Saturday morning. "They were kissing and caressing each other," shudders our spy. Even more unsettling was when hulking Chyna jumped onstage and performed a nude striptease. "She asked to go onstage and the manager said, 'No thank you,' " relates our spy. "But eventually he let her, in the spirit of good fun. She was topless, but after she went bottomless, they told her she had to stop." Schenkenberg, who has romanced several of the topless temple's lovely dancers, left with his new squeeze shortly after 4 a.m. "It's like 'Beauty and the Beast,' " sniffed one of Schenkenberg's stripper conquests, who was aghast at the hookup. Earlier that night, Chyna got buck-naked and jumped into the fish tank at Coral Room as Schenkenberg filmed her with a video phone. Let's hope the male supermodel doesn't upset his bulging-biceped belle — Chyna was arrested recently for beating up her ex-boyfriend, Sean Waltman.

What the heck? Sean Waltman in the next episode? That was from out of left field.

For those who don't know, he was a former WWE wrestler and Chyna's ex.
