Question about Deadpool/GLI Special

Does the Deadpool/GLI special have anything to do with the Initiative? I have been a sucker and collected all the issues with the Initiative banner, and just wondering if this was going to have it, or would even be considered part of the Initiative list (if they were collected into a checklist, would this be on it?)

No, it probably wouldn't be on a checklist,though ironically since I assume they're the Initiative team for their state, it has more to do with the Initiative than the likes of Black Panther or Captain America.

it does not have a banner, but they are the Great Lakes Initiative. i think since its just a comedic one-shot, it didnt need a banner

so if I was just trying to collect the Civil War Comics, and then the Initiative Comics, I don't really need to get the Deadpool/GLI special?
