an initative question

I have decided to quit comics for a year or 2 but before i quit i want to finish collecting CW and I am wondering if I should continue w/ the initative?

not if you plan on quitting. the initiative banner is just a sales ploy because a lot of the titles with the banner have nothing to do with the initiative, like black panther and fantastic four. there are a few good initiative titles, namely Thunderbolts and all 3 Avengers titles. but if you keep reading those then you'll want to read whatever comes after that, defeating the purpose of quitting

Why are you quitting now of all times?

The Initiative is about to move into World War Hulk territory, whilst the Avengers deal with Skrull-mania...Civil War has shaped the new MU and will continue to affect things for some time I would have thought.

heck i wish i could quit, its putting a damper on my wallet with so many good titles out now, even on the DC side. quitting would be a good thing so 2 years from now you can catch up without waiting a month to see what happens

thnx guys i guess ill get the rest of fallen son then stop. The reason I'm quitting now is i dont have the time or money to continue reading right now.

btw should i include the initative one shot in my list?It's made up of trailers for several Initiative series. If you're not interested in the Initiative or don't feel it's worth your time, skip it.
