The way I figure it, the new hair probably goes hand in hand with the fire nation clothes he seems to be wearing. So my guess is, that it's probably something of a disguise. Can't exactly wander around the Fire Nation looking like all the Wanted posters hanging up around the country. Of course, if that's the case, he'd have done well to hide the arrow a little bit more...

man WHEN is season 3 due out! I work with ppl at Nick and there is no word!! i hope they don't change the character appearances too much though.
