yes like do you use a program or colored pencils?I do a little bit of everything - mixed media, acrylic, watercolour, gouache, Photoshop... you name it, really.
If you're specifically talkin' about comics, Photoshop is the usual method. It's not uncommon to mix those techniques, however.

I use a graphics program from Deneba called Canvas.
I scan in my work, and then use layers to add color. I've recently begun to use Canvas for my line art as well, since I struggle with striking a clean line.
My work lends itself to black and white . . but for some reason I think it looks better colored . . even if it's simple block "animated" style coloring.
Oh - and I'm just a amateur artist that likes to draw as a hobby. Almost all pro's use photoshop these days.
