Okay, so my TiVo totally screwed up recording the premiere episode tonight, but I did catch a few spoilers online. Apparently, the twist is that there are rivalries in the group.
I thought this should've been a twist a long time ago--but in Big Brother tradition it doesn't quite work all the way--only three of them have their worst enemies in the house (estranged father/daughter; ex-boyfriends; high school rivals). I don't understand why EVERYONE in the house has a "rival"; but whatever.
The other twist is that America gets to control the actions of one player, which I think is dumb. You can even force him to flirt with someone.

Here's an article with a link to full pictures of the housemates:

I think the "bitter enemies" is a decent twist for this season, but I thought it was kind of stupid for the show to put it all out in the open right from the get go. I guess they're in a hurry to see sparks fly.
That season (6?) where they secretly had some people who'd had a pre-existing relationship of some kind before entering the house was fun because no one in the house knew, and they were forced to deal with it how they chose to. For this season, it would've been fun to see if people could put aside their hatred to have a secret ally within the house no one knew about.
The other twist is that America gets to control the actions of one player, which I think is dumb. You can even force him to flirt with someone.
I actually like the idea of this feature. Let's not forget the guy still has free will, he could theoretically play the game like everyone else if he didn't want to do the 5 tasks for 10k, which still has him going for half a million bucks. Sounds like a fun side game tho', makes things harder than just trying to survive in the house.

Let's hope it turns out better over there than it is over here, 'cause this year sucks. I thought it couldn't get worse than an all girl house, well I was wrong, the minute guys started coming in it got really fake and unwatchable.
I still want to see Julie Chen & Les Moonves as two of the House guests. I can't believe this woman considers herself a "journalist" after hosting Big Brother. She's a game show host at best. At worst, she wears yellow journalism best.
I still think she has her job due to her husband's nepotism. Otherwise, she would be...elsewhere.
I think it is shameful of CBS placing the father & estranged daughter in the same house.

They have "Big Brother After Dark" on Showtime.
It's pretty lame
