I need some C grade DC guys..

Hey gang, i'm doing a comish for someone and he's let me choose my own characters..problem is i dont knwo too much about the DC Universe..i wanted to get a group of c grade or 3rd tier characters - people you're still (probably ) gonna recognise but moving onto the obscure (possibly).

Anyone got any suggestions? My first thought was Blue devil (ok, he sin his own group series right now but still)..i was going to use Blue beetle as well cos hes a favourite of mine. Any thoughts to help me out?

I rate "C-list" as "has never held a title for a long time and was never a long-tenured Justice League member". Therefore, I got the Question, pre-IC Captain Marvel Jr. and Mary Marvel, Swamp Thing (C-list because you don't C him), most of the non-Earth Green Lanterns (Mogo is always cool), Enemy Ace (borderline D-list), E-2 Red Tornado, Krypto the Super-dog and, of course, Bouncing Boy.

I wanna suggest Brother Power, the Geek .... but he's probably more d-list than c-list (heck, more like f-list!) :D
