One major thing about films is their heroes. I either you can't stand them, or you root for them all the way. Who are your favorite heroes that have appeared in movies? Please, no TV show characters unless they appeared in a movie. Also, no TV specials please.
Here are mine in no order.

Rocky Balboa: The ultimate underdog. This funny faced warrior for truth is the meaning of hero. Always facing the odds to prove to the world that one man can make a difference. He's one of the manliest men ever! Oh, and he has four of the best sports movies ever(1, 2, 4, and 6. 3 was pretty good, and 5 sucked balls).

Spiderman: His first movie is what got me into comics, actually. His heroics, sense of humor, likable character, and compelling story make him the best superhero to ever have a movie. I will always be a Spiderman fan!

Hellboy: What was there not to like about Hellboy? He was just so awesome! From his quirky jokes to his provocative story, Hellboy made us realize how cool this character is. Ron P.'s movie Hellboy is now one of my all time favorite superheroes!

Ultraman Tiga: This guy has been in four different blockbuster motion pictures, two based specifically on him! He's the kind of hero that you want to win. His dedication to helping others and incredibly awesome powers(not to mention his three kickass modes) make him one of the most awesome superheroes out there. His TV show rocked, too!

Ultraman 1966: Appearing in almost any Showa based Ultraman movie, the original proves to still be the best, even after his hit television series ended forty years ago. From leading the Ultra Garrison in "Ultraman Mebius The Movie" to being a key role in stopping Grand King in "Ultra Story", this guy will never stop being cool. He makes the Power Rangers look like pussies! Since when have they ever chucked a monster twice their size into orbit?!

Ultraman The Next: A very fresh superhero that appeared only once(in his own movie "Ultraman The Next") and never had a TV show. That's good, because that would ruin it. "Ultraman The Next" is one of the best superhero movies ever made(#4 on my list) and gave Ultraman a very dark, realistic, and down to earth feel. The character himself was awesome. He had a very one of a kind design, stayed away from plot holes, and the host was an incredibly likable character. It was perfect.

Optimus Prime: One of the most awseome heroes EVER.

Ripley: The original tough as nails heroine, Ripley just kicked all sorts of ass. She didn't just sit in the corner and beg for mercy! No! She went out there and ripped those alien bastards apart piece by piece! Go Ripley!

Kamen Rider The First(2005): For some reason, I liked this version of Kamen Rider Ichigo better than the original(1974). I guess it's because of his ultra cool design, depthness added to the character, and "never say die" attitude that made the original so cool.

Kamen Rider V3: In 1975, this guy had his own movie. While the movie kinda sucked, he kicks ass through and through! No way to deny his awesomeness!

Obi Wan Kenobi: I just realized that I must do eleven! Obi Wan rules!

This list may likely change after seeing "Transformers" this Saturday.

I've already seen it. I'm disappointed with the coat and glove design.
Also, the origin in the synopsis was altered way too much.
The first one was really cool, but this one's doing it all wrong.

They should've done a The First trilogy, then messed with V3.
