For in just...26 hours I'll be off to T in the Park. 3 days (well, 2 days and a night) of great live music, beer and tents. Like I said, lovely. Plus I get to see Brian Wilson on Saturday, which is pretty much going to be one of the musical highpoints of my life.

At the other end of the scale, Lily Allen.

T in the Park isn't my type of thing. It's a bit too pop/indie orientated.

I'm more of a rocker and I'd love to go to Download one of these days.

Didn't they stop bringing Download up here because the ticket sales didn't justify it? I seem to remember it being held on the Thursday and Friday, which made no sort of sense at all.

Download is in Donington Park in England every year, I can't remember Download ever being in Scotland but I'm probably wrong.

I think it had a couple of years, once with Metallica headlining. I'm almost certain anyway.

There was a Download Scotland festival in 2004 but it apparently only lasted one year according to a website I looked at earlier. It was held at Glasgow Green.

I'll hate this one if the rain doesn't stop.
