are you sure you don't mean Spider-Man?

This (http://www.marvunapp.com/Appendix/spiderx.htm) is the only "Man-Spider" I remember from Marvel Comics (although the l;ikeness was also used in the '90s carrtoon & even ended up as a figure).

And "burnt face man" Ghost Rider?Human Torch?

Burnt face man is a cruddy flash animation with a protaganist who seems to try to make "I'm not gay" funny. It doesn't work.

Only other comic I can think of containing Man-Spider would be this one, What If #88 (Vol.2) (http://www.spiderfan.org/comics/reviews/what_if_v2/088.html)

If you mean Spider-Man, then you should be able find him at a comic book shop. Where do you live, exactly?

And people sell comics on the street now? That's umm, different...

The Marvel Fanfare issues #1-2 (reprinted in the TPB Spider-Man: Strange Adventures) are the first appearance of the Man-Spider we all think about.
