Post-"Hannibal" (book not movie) Lecter, and Holmes having access to modern day crime solving methods and forensics. He is charged with tracking down and arresting Hannibal...can he do it?

holmes is a drug addict, dispationate and very hard to read, with an insane intelligence.

Hannibal's mind screw isn't going to be very effective.

holmes is also trained in boxing and baritsu so in a physical confrontation, holmes is also favored.

Lecter however has mangled trained FBI agents and professional killers and has been said to possess strength and ability disproportionate to his size and stature. He was that whole "strength of the insane" thing going.
