DD 98 cover promotes PC

Marvel over the decades,has had a LOT of killing inside its insides,with guns.The covers of the 40s are famous for having hundreds slaughtered gleefully,at the hands of the heroes. NEVER has marvel, had on ANY of its covers, any little warning on its covers,until now. A little gun on the coverof DD 98, with in small print, the words" guns kill people" What next? A new code box that has "PC" for political correctness,in the top corner?You KNOW thats coming! Keep it up marvel,& I'll be spending the bucks on a lifetime NRA membership,rather then 100 of your books,and I buy plenty of them.

It's not an actual warning, it's something the cover artist included because either he felt like it, or he thought it was clever/funny. He adds a lot of hidden messages to his covers, check the Blade series. In fact, one of the X-Men comics released this week shows someone getting killed with a gun, and no such warning appears on it's cover.

Marvel as a corporation isn't challenging your right to shoot animals or targets or whatever.

lol yea, you may be jumping at shadows here...and by "may", I mean definetly. I'm pretty sure he was just being clever. And even if he wasnt, then he put a small message of his own personal opinion into the picture. Which, IMHO, is an artist's right.
