A copy of the "What's Michael" T.V. show that ran in Japan years ago?

I have searched all the usual suspects, and they look at me as if I am either mad or making it up.

I know there was also an American cobbled up movie of some sort that was even worse, and I would even try to get that.

Wha? There was a What's Michael TV show? Cool. I only vaugely know of the manga back when my friend in highschool was getting Dark Horse's Super Manga Blast.
