Think of Guu as a malevolent cross between Droopy and Bobobobo Bobobo.

Guu has among other things: time travel, WTF factor (i.e. pulls powers out her ass), riddiculous damage soak (purpously chops herself into pieces as a joke), reality warping (turned people into babies, cockroaches into people, etc...), ate the population of the earth in seconds, spat them back up completely fine, create multiple versions of herself (which was among other things, herself piloting herself as a giant robot), can grow as big as the earth, and much, much more...

Info on what the drive (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Infinite_Improbability_Drive) does.

Unfortunately, human beings are accustomed to travelling at normality (probability 1:1), and can be fairly distressed by events around them whilst the improbability drive is working: losing limbs, turning into sofas, planets spontaneously becoming fruitcakes, nuclear missiles metamorphosing into sperm whales and bowls of petunias.

Basically, something like adamantium would turn as fragile as glass.

Don't know what Batman did in the comics, but Stewie in the show make's ray guns on a regular basis. A mind control helmet. A robot copy of his dad that he piloted. Shrunk himself to go into his dad's body and shot out his sperm. A time machine. And provided his entire preschool friends with their own stealth bombers to attack his half brother. I'm sure there's much more.

Fedor Emelianenko (Pride : K1 Champ) Vs Jet Li

Fedor will cause Jet trouble at first, but then Jet will do that silly dance he did at the end battle of The One to avoid all of Fedor's attacks and pull off the victory.

He-Man and She-Ra (MotU) Vs Mighty Mom and Dyno Dad

Not entirely sure which He-man and She-ra you're using, and I mostly remembered them from that cartoon show. Mighty Mom and Dyno Dad are Timmy's superpowered parents. He became the toughest character he can possibly think of, which is a character who's supposed to be a more powerful version of Galactus. Even as that character Timmy can barely even land a hit on his parents. Mighty Mom and Dyno Dad also have a jacked up defense system. They're immune to IIRC "a lot of things and anything else I can think of". Timmy couldn't even remove their powers anymore once they received their powers. They were able to fly from the Earth to the sun in a few seconds. Plus He-man and She-ra will find out how effective is meat vision.

Marvin the Martian (WB) Vs Snoopy

Snoopy will put on his Joe Cool sunglasses and do battle. He'll start by flying on his doghouse and shoot his imaginary machine guns that do damage somehow. If his doghouse goes down then he spins his ears and fly off like a helecopter and use some of the magic he learned. Like shooting waves out of his hands that turned invisible people visible and sent Lucy floating in the air. And if he needs to he'll use that power that makes inanimate objects come alive/have personalities like the kite eating tree. And Marvin is a low end Looney Tunes character that gets schooled on a regular basis by the other members like Bugs and Daffy.
