What issue of Spider Man is this?

I recently found a bunch of old drawings I did from school, and stumbled upon this thing:

I've no idea what issue it is - I'm pretty sure the above is the cover, and I vaguely remember spider man suddenly having completely insane power levels (does he punch hulk into outer space and fly up to get him down? i think so).

I'd love to pick this up on EBay. Any ideas? Its been driving me bonkers.

Looks an awful lot like McFarlane art, might want to check Spiderfan.org and see if his run on Spider-Man includes an appearance by the hulk. That's only a guess though. If you give it a day or so, I bet somebody here can verify this for you.
