So I'm bored to tears and am watching Top Chef. Knowing how hilarious you guys are, I'd thought I'd ask the question 'What do you think your favorite x-characters favorite meal is?' I know its not the most interesting question, but i have faith that you guys could make it fun and entertain me :). I'll give it a lame attempt to start it off....

Cannonball: Summer Sausage & Cornbread - The cornbread is obvious for a good ol southernboy like ol sammy, and the summer sausage is simply code for me. ;)

Storm's favorite meal is Yellowtail sashimi, except on the days that it's Chateaubriand. Some days she just wants fish, and other days she just wants a little meat in her life. The best days are when she wants both.

Beast - What else would Cat-Beast enjoy more than an exquisite plate of Tuna Tartar with a nice glass of Sauvignon Blanc. Hank is the kind of guy who knows class. Take a bit of the tuna, play with it on his tongue. Treat it not like a piece of meat, but apart of the expirence. Take his time with it and not rush to the end.

If memory serves, Magneto is NOT Jewish, he is Polish and was one of the unfortunate poles to get sent off to Auschwitz with the Jews and other "undesireables".

Don't know if it's been retconned, but... Magneto has often said that his entire family had been exterminated by the Nazis and he was the only one left (until he had children of his own). Also, when the Mutant Massacre started, he said something to the extent of 'No, the horrors of my youth return. This time it's not the Jews, but the mutants.' I believe the reason for Magneto's internment in Auschwitz was that he was Jewish.




Onto food...

Rachel's favourite food is bird meat. Lately, she has specifically developed a taste for turkey. :D

But I still love her. :p

I think the reference in the MM is more that the Nazi's were focused on the Jews first and foremost, it doesn't mean that he himself was a jew.

I also remember reading he was Polish in an old issue and according to uncannyxmen.net, he is Polish.
