There is the slim hope that Microsoft has automatically saved a copy of your document, and that when you open it back up, it will ask you if you want to reload it.

Doesn't always happen, but sometimes.

No. In general it was a fun book and I think that was the point. Goofy sometimes, but harmless (unless you object to all the sexed up heroines - but then what did you expect when they hired Billy Tucci).

1) You do realize that through the miracle of genetics, it is entirely possible for some people to stay thin without working out all the time, and vice versa? Monica Bellucci, for example, has stated that she doesn't do any kind of fitness routine. I've got two cousins who are sister, one who eats whatever she wants and has never weighed more than 150 lbs., the other has been on a diet since she was 11 and played basketball, baseball, and never stopped, and she's 250+ lbs.

2) You really put way too much stock in post counts.
