Normally I'm not that negative, but every time I read or see a thing about the Gamma Corps tie-inn, it doesn't get me exited at all. I do not know why but for me it's gonna be the only WWH tie-inn I will not buy. I got a feeling it's not interesting at all and it will have no real tie-inn with WWH.

agreed, it looks to be the low point of the series

At his best, Frank Tieri's writing with regards to the spy/military genre to me has always seemed like Tom Clancy filtered through a Saturday Morning cartoon show. He knows all the cliches, devoid common sense but still has plenty of violence. So yeah, no thanks.

Normally I do not post negative things on this board unless it is a slight at friends I've made here. But for the Gamma Corps, this will be my first.

*ahem*

Who.
Cares.

The Gamma Corps idea was good back in the day (80s) when the government was trying to do something about about the Hulk. With project Wideawake, Weapon X, Weapon " + ", and the other goverment projects we have found out about since then the technology is there to deal with the Hulk. Gamma corps just create and cause more problems than just solve them, or are proven useless against the Hulk. And the stories were terrible too, with the exception of the initial conflicts involving Rock and the Redeemer. Bringing back that idea just seems like recycling ideas that went nowhere and had no promise, just to make a few more bucks off of World War Hulk.

Let it go, Indiana. Let it go.

They could have eliminated this added some tie-in's with she-hulk or the fantastic four or something.

Ugh.

I love the covers but the interior art is terrible!

I'd rather have seen a "Deadly Foes of Hulk" type of thing. have Abomination, Wendigo, Leader and the U-Foes go after him...

I agree, although I would like to see how these members within the Gamma corps have connections to the Hulk. :D

I actually think it has a pretty interesting set-up, specially if these guys could actually make a difference in this fight.

But I've always been pretty "eh" on Tieri's writing, so I'll consider getting the trade if it gets good reviews.

Do you actually expect them to go without some Anti-Hulk fighting force?
