Good interview. Obviously we've heard all of that WWH stuff before, but I liked the more personal questions.
And this part:
RT: And now that you've written the story, who was the biggest surprise?
GP: Iron Fist. He kind of came out of the woodwork for a few key scenes that I'm really excited about.
I wonder what moment Fist could possibly have? Something else to look forward to I suppose. :D

I too enjoyed the more personal touches in this interview - kudos. And Iron Fist getting a moment in the sun? Why not! It'd be cool to see how Danny's Iron Fist measures up against Hiroim's Oldpower "Stone Fist".

I wonder if Tony employing the NA on this is not a contradiction to his Intiative. I mean isn't this why he started his 50 state project? Who's the New York team? The MA?

I think my favorite part of this interview was Mr. Pak's urging for aspiring writers to read everything. So many budding comic book writers could benefit from reading Dickens' satire, Proust's masteery of language or Dave Egger's humor. I know I, as a comic book reader, would enjoy comics even more if our future writers could study some different types of writing. A quick list for all you guys that want to write comics:
Thomas Pynchon
Don Delillo
David Foster Wallace
Dave Eggers
Nick Hornby
Matt Ruff
Irvine Welsh
Guy de Maupassaunt
Marcel Proust
Charles Dickens
Jonathen Lethem
Mark Leyner
David Sedaris
