The Story:
A sneak attack against the North Pole has shattered 14 years of delicate peace within the international holiday community! A years production of toys have vanished... Christmas is in peril... there is only one option!
Santa has no choice but to declare war on the enemies of the Christmas Spirit! But which holiday nation is responsible? Could it be the previously conquered Independent Republic of Thanksgivia, striking out in revenge? Was it a surprise attack from long time ally the Shamrock Confederation? Was it the work of the outspoken rival of Christmas, the ever-suspicous Republic of Hallowmas?
Covert War of Red25 chronicles the adventures of Sergeant Garin Wenzel, leader of the Christmas Defense Force's elite elf commando squad, Red25! He has returned from retirement once again to defend the values of Christmas the only way he knows how... by force!
Can victory be achieved when details of a wider conspiracy are revealed? Can a soldier succeed in his duties when his values are put to the test? What happens when questions are asked about the leader of the North Pole, the mysterious man in red? Can Christmas be saved????

This is the third round of the Small Press Idol contest, with the voting deadline of Sunday June 10th! Out of the 30 projects competing (a lot of great comics being made over there, check them out too!) only the top 6 will make it to the final round of the competition! In the end, one title will get a 4 issue series deal!
Having mostly been out of the comics game since I left the U.F.O. about 7 years ago, this has been a great way to get back into the mix! It's fun, competitive and great for networking and publicity!
