1. Lumiya was an unoffical apprentice to Vegere who was an unoffical apprentice of Palpintine. As was evidenced by Vaders extreme lack of skill set, despite his overwhelming power, Sideous never followed the rule of two teaching Vader anything instead he horded all of his knowlege and only doled out enough information to make Lord Vader his lackey never his equal or student. My theory on his is that since Sideous killed his master Darth Plegous he didn't want his student doing the same.

My point is that Lumina was never a true Sith and only managed to teach herself a few techniques making her a Dark Jedi as was her deciple Darth Cadeous. Who was revealved not to be a true Sith but a fallen Jedi.

2. Kreia was a fully trained Sith Lord but she doesn't count as well. Her goal was not mearly to conquere the galaxy but to kill the force, all jedi and all Sith. She nearly succeded but the last of the Jedi, like Luke Skywalker a thousand years later, was able to rebuild the Jedi order after the first purge. Anyway Kreia was neither Sith nor Jedi as she was out to kill both. To date Darth Zhanna, Bane only known Aprentice, is the only female Sith lord that we know about as others have only been alluded to and shown in various holocrons.
