That's one thing I was wondering about. I heard this customer get really incensed at a bookseller the other day because they couldn't locate a book for them, and the customer was giving them no information at all.

A few of those go a long way. Some people do get pissed, but I tend to ignore them. Not sure of the store's polices, but I tell everyone the more info you give me the more likely it can be found. I do not accept "I don't know," or "I can't use the computers." I keep it friendly because I set the tone for the situation.

Not really, but I do like listening to new stuff. Basically, she's throwing everything at me, and hoping some of it will stick ... which some does, but the rest ...!
