I just replaced the food and water bowl for my ex-brother's cats. The cats, while extremly well behaved considering they have been in a giant dog cage since Thursday night, kicked my ass allergy wise. Stacy has to be one tough son of a bitch to go through this on a daily basis.

It was crazy cause the 4:30 showing was sold out, and the 6pm and later showings were sold out too. It was like the 5:30 was just waiting for me. I was worried that it was some kind of mistake in the display when I went to buy them.

My trainer was honest with me. He said he can tell I do a lot of cardio and am in really good cardiovascual shape, shocklingly so. Then he said the reason why I'm a fat ass has to do with my diet and lack of weight lifting both of which we are going to work on. He pretty much echoed what my heart doctor said when I did my five year heart check up.
