What is your Bachelor's degree in?

I have to look at it. It's a four year degree Art something or other degree with a speculation in Paralegal studies. What's more important is that I can't fall asleep. I took a nap when I came home, and despite my two hour cardio session, I CAN'T FUCKING SLEEP. On the plus side I'm no longer dieting and still am losing a pound a day so there is that.

What are you eating/drinking? It may have caffeine in the ingredients. That or you're too wound up.

Lester. How can you forget what your BA degree is in? Was it that long ago?

Is it speculation or concentration?

The only time I ever looked at my degrees was when I put the specific titles on my resume. I know what classes I took towardthe four year one, because I would meet with the counselor each semester, but the actual title of the degree escapes me. I know it's Arts something or other but that's it.

I do know the title of my Associates in Paralegal Studies Degree and my Paralegal Certificate in Paralegal Studies Degree by name because those titles are self-explanatory.

I'm going to be honest. I met with a counselor told him that I wanted to be a Bachelor paralegal studies from Roosevelt a well respect school when it comes to Paralegal Degrees. The counselor told me what classes to take, I took them while getting all As:cool: and graduated with honors. Made the Deans list and some other accolades that I can't remember right now. The degree itself is in my car from the last interview and I don't want to go grab it right now. I'll look at it when I get to work and post then the actual title. Again it's art something or other.

Sunday is when all the lazy kids show up and become frustrated because their projects are due on Monday by 8:00 AM. Of course they haven't spent one whole minute on the project, and wait until the reference librarian has left the building for the evening.

It suddenly becomes my job to resolve all their issues and short of write their paper, research their topic, and get the books and articles into their hands.

Surprisingly I can take it all in stride, while helping those who really want help.

This happens to me more times than I care to admit. I'm in my bedroom right now on my laptop and spent the past hour talking to my roomate who's in the living room. That's how I spend my weekends, I post on YABS and talk to my roomate. Well I just went out get a drink of water, and there was no one there. So I spent the past hour talking to myself....again.

1. In terms of citing if you have a choice between MLA, APA go with APA as it's MUCH easier.
2. The difference between an A and a C is the amount of time you spend in the editing process so stop posting and get to it.

I am more familiar with MLA. I'll be fine. I decided that I should quit while I'm ahead (meaning stop adding to the damn paper), and will make sure my citation is on spot, although I paraphrased a lot more than quoted.

At least you don’t have to combat a Fruedian mind. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve used “sex” for “six” “pubic” for “public” and “erotic” for “erratic.” And that’s just a partial list of slips off the top of my head.

Not really. This isn't a side scrolling fighting game. And it’s not complicated just immersive. You can play this as a straight up sim game without committing one crime. That’s what I’m doing right now, because I want to take my time with it. Today I spent hours driving around listening to the radio, hanging out Liberty City. Though strangely enough despite the fact that this is an Assyrian man he seems to be shoving his face with hamburgers rather than dolma!

I witnessed the weirdest conversation today. This couple who sits next to me in class was arguing about the stupidest thing for the better part of half the class. Apparently he had an extra shirt laying around and she wanted to wear it, but he woldn't let her borrow it for some reason. So she spent around 10 minutes begging him to let her borrow it, that was so annoying. I felt like taking the shirt away from him and giving it to her so she can shut up already. What guy doesn't let his girlfriend borrow a shirt? Anyway, he finally lets her borrow it under the condition that she buys him another one. WTF? Oh, and this was going on during my computer class, so I was probably posting at YABS while this was going on!

You could make bad writing an art form!

Although you'll have to start by lowering your standards considerably. And only after you finish CSI:YABS

I will actually subvert bad ideas to work for me. Strictly for laughs. I have a penchant for silliness.

I hope no one notices I haven't written any more MMIRTB lately...

The writing police has been alerted to you, sir.

How rude of them to disturb your yabs posting! :evilangry:

The thing is, I rather like some of it. Its why I watch soaps. Bold & Beautiful is so fucked from so many positions it has lost itself (took itself too serious). It used to be funny.

Sci-Fi Network has consistently bad movies. They kind inspire me. If people can put together shitty stories, why can't I out bad them?

that's how i came up w/ the idea for my gay sitcom...i figure it would be novel and a network like LOGO or here! tv will put pretty much anything on the air.

Yeah, you'd like to think that, wouldn't you? But between the cell phones always going off, the students gossiping about the latest "he said/she said," the music coming from their YouTubes and MySpace profiles, the iPods that are turned to "I'll be deaf by the time I'm 25," and the frustrated librarians constantly telling them to shut the hell up--not so much.

It's okay now, though. I get to hang out in my office and listen to my own iPod. The paperwork I have for the next two weeks or so will be light, so that's nice too.
