From a legal point of view much of it is built on bullshit but what the writers lack about legal knowledge they make up for in good drama.

Not my dad, on no he sees telemarketers as a form of entertainment. Just now He answered the call, "Hello Asshole!" Then he started cursing the poor bastard out. The person hung up, so my dad called the number back on the caller id, and got a different number. Now he's cursing her out making, as always, a very big dram production of it. I got hundreds of such telemarker stories as my dad really gets a kick out of fucking with them.

And for the record there is no way in hell the kid is mine as I didn't even know my brother had a girlfriend before the kid was born. THAT was one hell of a conversation let me tell you. Anyway here is a picture of my brother's baby and note how his skin tone is similar to mine unlike my brother who is always mistaken for an Indian. An Indian is in Hindu rather than Native American.

Oh, kris and I LOVE screwing around with telemarketers! For instance, kris ... well, at one point, she was tghinking about becoming a paralegal, so she still knows all the legal jargon ... and every time someone calls here, she says that she's a lawyer, and could she speak to that persons boss so she knows who to charge the $400 an hour to?

Usually, if I get the phone, I just start crying and wailing about my ex's and how they all broke my heart, and I just go on forever until they politely say they'll call back later. I think one telemarketer lasted seven minutes once.

I generally try to be polite - and have less need to worry about it because I signed up for the "Do Not Call" list as soon as it was announced - but back before that time, I got a call and, as soon as the spiel started, I simply said, "Thank you; no."

The telemarker stopped in mid-word and said, "I'm sorry...?"

I repeated, "Thank you... No-o-o-o..." in my best Charles Emerson Winchester voice.

There was a moment of total silence on the line, then, in a very small voice the telemarketer said,"...No one's ever said 'thank you' before..." and hung up.

There are all sorts of ways to mess with their heads!

I only paid $5 at Thai Spice, a local club which not only serves Thai food but caters to S.E Asians like me. I didn't have any money for food, but I did have money for a Red Bull and vodka (only $2! We get discounts on drinks too, yeah! :D) Sadly, I only had enough money for one. *Grumbles*. But then again, I was driving so maaaaaaybe that was a good thing. ;)

I danced and people watched. People watching is funny as hell, there are some people out there who have no rhythm =p. I got hit on by some jerk who called me an "ugly ass" when I didn't reciprocate his affections (punk). He says I'm ugly, and he's the one with the messed up gold teeth (what is it with the gold plating?! It is so not cute!!1)

I just don't want to end up with someone that is how do you say, a loser? ;P Anyways.....

And I've been really doing nothing but going to school, and all of the activities associated with it. They usually keep me at school past four p.m ( heh heh, I was watching "Mean Girls" last night and in one of the scenes, one of the teachers reminds the principle that they can't keep the students past four. I LOOOVE THAT FILM! :D) Right now, I'm in community college, and I'm in a lot of groups in the hopes that in four years I can transfer to UCLA. The weird thing is, I hate L.A, but I love that school!

And I've been really doing nothing but going to school, and all of the activities associated with it. They usually keep me at school past four p.m ( heh heh, I was watching "Mean Girls" last night and in one of the scenes, one of the teachers reminds the principle that they can't keep the students past four. I LOOOVE THAT FILM! :D) Right now, I'm in community college, and I'm in a lot of groups in the hopes that in four years I can transfer to UCLA. The weird thing is, I hate L.A, but I love that school!

I went clubbing on Thursday. Thursday is usually "college night" at some of the clubs; if I show my student I.D I pay a reduced cover fee and get in. And I did! I only paid $5 at Thai Spice, a local club which not only serves Thai food but caters to S.E Asians like me. I didn't have any money for food, but I did have money for a Red Bull and vodka (only $2! We get discounts on drinks too, yeah! :D) Sadly, I only had enough money for one. *Grumbles*. But then again, I was driving so maaaaaaybe that was a good thing. ;)
