He had like three different ages through out the episode!
I felt kinda bad for him though because his parents were totally dogging him and I don't even think that they were meaning to.:D
Oh that was funny! "When I said 'till death do us part I didn't mean his.'"

"You look like you're wearing a beaver's ass on your head!" Ha!
She totally got that "transvestite" crack from the internet.

She is sooo evil! But transparent.;) I mean who didn't know that she was flirting with Entertainer's dad just to push his mom's buttons?:p
That was such a great moment though.

And Buddha, of course, was such an asshole about everything. His dad was only marginally better. I loved how New York went from "He's so hot!" to "He's so ugly" in like a minute.

I loved how everyone introduced New York as "your future daughter in law."

And a whole episode of Sister Patterson... joygasm!

I'm making another attempt at Miami. Another job has opened up there. I talked to one of the two people involved in hiring today and it seemed to go pretty well. It'll be more South than I planned to be previously but it seems like a decent area for me.

Good luck with that! Have you visited the city for a few days to get the feel of it? It's kind of a love it or leave it kind of town. I grew up in Miami. One of my best friends still lives there and loves it, but I don't think I'd ever go back except to visit. (It's always a fun time when I visit!) It's too crowded and crabby for me to live in. But then, she loves that there's always something to do, the beach is right there, the nightlife is super fun, etc. etc.

Oh God. I thought I would never say this, but if the prof made us watch a Mathew Barney video, then Highlander would be considered an art house series.

He's taking part in some scientific experiment being done at the local college to see what kind of mental damage Adrian Paul has on the nervous system. Aggie,

I know you're not a Beyonce fan, and this is b-related, but I was dying when I heard someone talk about Kelly Rowland re-issuing her CD. I also read that Beyonce helped Kelly picked out the songs. A reviewer said that Beyonce was lying if she told Kelly the songs were good.

In truth, "Like This" is tepid. Eve had the best parts on the song. That was a train wreck too.

We've been friends for longer than two months and I haven't regretted it.

Yeah, 2007 was a pretty shitty year. I know that at least the beginning of 2008 is going to suck too but there's still hope for the second half I guess.:o

Heystacy, don't make it bad
Take a sad song and make it better
Remember to let her into your heart
Then you can start to make it better

Heystacy, don't be afraid
You were made to go out and get her
The minute you let her under your skin
Then you begin to make it better.

And any time you feel the pain, Heystacy, refrain
Don't carry the world upon your shoulders
Well don't you know that its a fool who plays it cool
By making his world a little colder

Remember, to let her into your heart
Then you can start to make it better.

So let it out and let it in, Heystacy, begin

And don't you know that it's just you, Heystacy,

You could just , uhm ... turn the phone off. Or change the number.

Who keeps trying to call you? I'm guessing it's either your current internet provider who keeps asking you about all the hentai you're downloading ... or is it the Adrian Paul Fan Club? Can't get out of that contract where they send you the Highlander porn for 20 dollars a month?

And yet, you persist in acting like a 15-year-old girl, so I don't see your problem.

I saw both The Golden Compass and Atonement today. The former was pretty good, it didn't seem to be directed with a lot of confidence and they really screwed up the end, but the characters were fairly true and the effects were great.

Atonement was gorgeous and excellent, but so sad.

Why won't these students go home?!?!? I'm up to my eyeballs in paperwork, and there are still students hanging around using our computers and talking way too loud on their farking cell phones. There's this one kid that I've been fighting with all semester, and I have to tell him to shut up every freaking day. He gives me attitude every single time. I'm sure he thinks we're just picking on him because he's probably the only openly gay kid on campus (it's a small, conservative school, I'm sad to say), but in truth, I just can't stand the little turd because he's rude as hell. He calls me girl, as in "girl, I was leaving the library anyway, calm down."

I was told by our new director at a meeting today that starting spring semester, we'll be able to bring in security whenever we want to, and she's working on ways to penalize students who disregard our authority. Kid better watch his step, is all I'm sayin'.

Yeah, why is that?

With these kids, it's either because of something they ate, OR the fact that they may not have eaten in a few days because of an illness or the treatment FOR an illness... in which case, the bile that mixes with whatever you ate that turns your stool brown, and yeah, that's almost a whole class in itself, will instead come out green, it's actual color.

Okay... more I Love New York!

But first ROCK OF LOVE II! HELLZ YEAH! They better bring back Lacey.

New York wanting to bump uglies (and in their case very ugly) with Tailor Made is ten shades of Osome. Especially getting interrupted by Sister Patterson's message.

Now Buddha having attractive facial features? She's clearly been smoking crack.

This is all I see when I look at him.

http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a98/thanatos101b/00aaa.jpg

And how great was New York's "I hate you! I love you! I hate you! Be mine!" flip flopping all episode?

That one white dress or sweater or whatever made her boobs look sooooo fake.

I felt bad for that poor waiter with the whip cream. But not as bad as I felt for the poor lady in the hotel.

Has Sister Patterson had those enormous claws all season? Or did I just notice since she sat like Monty Burns the entire elimination ceremony? I was oping she'd claw Buddha's eyes out.

I was pissed that New York got to see all those cool animals up close! I've wanted to see a live Cassorwary my whole life!

Okay... she's scared of parrots? Parrots just sitting there?

Are we really supposed to believe New York would keep TM around with out the gifts?

Those guys working for the Zoo or whatever were kinda hot.

Short Awnser: Adrian is the actor who played the role of Duncan McCloud of the Clan McCloud in Highlander the television series, the star of the show. The show was about immortals who could only die by being beheaded(usually by swords, leading to lots of sword fighting)and taking the loser's power. The show ran for several years, spun off a unsuccessful series called the Raven, and has ties to the Movie franchise of Highlander, which started it all, which stared Christopher Lambert.

So, slapping the wanker snotless is outta the question ?

She's about 5'2". Finished her doctorate very early.

Detests being thought not a doctor because of her looks. Gets called nurse a lot.

I bet she hates it when people get short with her.

Seriously, I hate that you have holiday trolls to deal with. I have leftover college trolls that just won't go away. We should drown our sorrows in holiday rum. Now if only we had some.

I'm almost six feet tall, a fact that has bothered me since high school. I am literally a quarter of an inch short of being a six footer. It also bothers me that I'm the tallest male in my dad's family but one of the shortest on my mom's side.

"Almost?" *snickers*

With these kids, it's either because of something they ate, OR the fact that they may not have eaten in a few days because of an illness or the treatment FOR an illness... in which case, the bile that mixes with whatever you ate that turns your stool brown, and yeah, that's almost a whole class in itself, will instead come out green, it's actual color.

Just tell them they accidently ate a Christmas elf while they were asleep.

At least I recognized the meat bag reference. I bet you had no clue it was about HK-74. For once the shoe was on the other foot with I having pop culture knowledge and you being confused by the reference. Anyway people always think I'm a little over six feet anyway, I'm not, but for some reason they think I am.

Heh, this is what my ex wrote me about my kid being disappointed by seeing the Golden Compass.

"I think Erik liked the movie. He was bouncing up and down in his seat grinning the whole time. He just has this new thing – he has to point out all the differences to books and what they could have done better. It’s driving me crazy. He’s doing it with all movies. 'I’m going to re-make it and do this and this and it would be better if…'"

He'll be a good comic fan.

I took a three hour nap when I came home, so now that I need to go to sleep for work I can't. This is going to be a looong night at the job as I can do anything I want but sleep. On the bright side I'm going to get a 125 hour two week check soon, and for the foreseeable future, so I'm going to get really ahead on my mortgage which will be nice.

Your Star Wars knowledge is impressive. Now most skilled one can you answer the most burning SW question of our time:

What is Anakin Skywalker so ^%$#in' annoying?

Well he is a allegory of Jesus Christ as Anakin had no father being formed as part of an immaculate conception involving a virgin mother giving birth to a being with no father. This is due to the fact that Anakin was created purely from midochlorians and implanted into his mother by Darth Plaguious master of Darth Sideous. In other words Anakin is a child of god as the force, what gives lives to all living things, springs forth from a person's midochlorian count.

Since Anakin is a god of the Star Wars universe, and since most people of faith are often vexed with God, is it any wonder that Anakin is so annoying?

Sorry to say it Lester, but that part of the story was so lame, I don't even have words. Lucas went nuts, plain as day.

Although Ewan McGregor is still really hot as a Jedi. *Swoon*

I don't know. I found Anakin to be very childish and simpering. That's what makes him annoying. If Lucas tried to make this an allegory, it's rather weak. :(

Lucas only came up with the immaculate conception. I believe it was James Luceno, with orders from Lucas Films, that came up with the Darth Plagous part who died being suffocated in his sleep by Darth Sidous shortly before Episode 1.

Yeah, but the immaculate conception itself was lame. And the midi-whatzits just took away from the zen spirituality of the Force. All I kept thinking was "didn't they do that in Parasite Eve?" I don't know, I still think Lucas just went coo-coo. I love SW and all, and I'll watch the prequels if they're on (maybe), but I don't think I'd run out and buy them. The story just wasn't as good.

I agree with HeyStacy. Anakin was pretty annoying. Bad casting on that one.

I don't see the allegory. If he picked Hayden Christensen (msp?) for that reason, well that's lame.

The simpering and childish parts come from him whining about Obi Wan holding him back.

What I am saying is the character motivations are weak, and the story itself is shallow. So much attention was put on the SFX. All those writers of the SW novels, and none could be found to put together a coherent script? :(
