It's her fault because she didn't hug him enough when he was young.

What TV series?

I should clarify for those not in the know. I am writing a television comedy series for my screen writing class. I have two episodes already written and am currently working on the third. After the SWG strike I hope shop my show around to producers and see if I can get someone to get the pilot shot.

Each episode is 23 pages long. That's 69 pages total for three episodes. It's due on Thursday.

I want a new toaster. The one I got with my Homosexy card is a little run down after five years or so. But I have yet to recruit someone so the Evil Homosexual Organization refuses to give me one.

However that bastard at the party last night was so close to recruiting this marine. I'm not sure what happened with it, but if he gets a new toaster I'm leaving the EHO and joining Homosexuals for Evil.

AHHHH! I gots to discuss this episode!

Okay... first off New York slathering all over Punk's body. Obviously New York has bad taste, but come on, his body is ridiculously over developed. He looks like a mutant freak.

And aren't New York and her mother supposed to be these super Christens? What the hell were they doing with a psychic and blood oaths?

If the production crew arranged all the mishaps that night they did a brilliant job of it.

I really want to know if Pretty's oath had something about homosexuality in it.

Buddha's letter was the biggest bag of bullshit I've ever heard.

Poor Midget Mac, the best thing about this show is now gone.

I really hate Buddha and Punk.

Sister Patterson at the pool party was awesome.

He does-bleh! And that was real smooth of him to start kissing New York when her lungs were full of smoke.:D

They are Christian when it's convenient. Otherwise they wouldn't be such bitches either.

I'm sure that they did, but they did do a good job of it!

I really want to know if Pretty's oath had something about homosexuality in it.

That was funny. The Entertainer and her are hysterical together!

Okay and can we talk about how tacky it is that New York keeps wearing these skimpy outfits but continues to wear regular bras so that you can blantently see them? If your bra shows then either wear a different bra or don't wear the outfit! That is exactly why I'm not crazy about my big chest-because I can't wear certain outfits! She is such a dumbass! She wanted these huge boobs and doesn't know how they work.

We need another trip to the church.
I'm sure that they did, but they did do a good job of it!
Yeah. There isn't much doubt in my mind they did it. But the fact that they just showed people reacting to them instead of actually seeing the chandeliers fall was good stuff.

I really really really want to read their full oaths.

Tailor Made is somehow just like 200 years of slavery? That is the most pathetic statement I've ever heard. I would be hard pressed not to laugh if I was at that table.

And the best part was where he talked about how Tailor Made slandered the "good character" of the Entertainer and Cheezy. Neither of them had good character.

I know! :(
I still enjoyed the make out session though.

That was funny. The Entertainer and her are hysterical together!
They should have their own show. Something like that season of the Simple Life where Paris and Nicole drive cross country.

I noticed that she tends to wear dresses in the style of Kelly Bundy. She always looks so ghetto and trashy (which she is). Plus I love how her tacky ass "Princess" tattoo is always showing. But she seems to delight in making her fake chest look even faker.

And let's throw a celebration now that It is finally gone. If he was an actor I'm not sure how he intended to spin that performance into a career, and if he is a real person he needs to be separated from the rest of the population of Earth.

He was a real freak. I totally don't understand the casting this year. Last season you could kind of see how if New York wasn't such a self absorbed bitch and the guys weren't all egotistical assholes they could theoretically have a relationship.

um, i think that's a repressed memory..geezuz, howard hewitt is a name i haven't heard in a coon's age...oh god, he use to wear those red high heeled shoes and sing in that falsetto...i couldn't believe that not only was he bangin' chicks, but they were fine too...damn what was that one chick's name....i can't remember...but i was in total disbelief when i found out he was hittin' that...

Didn't he marry Nia Peebles? I wondered if he was having a relationship with Jody Watley. Jermaine Stewart, the other member of Shalamar was going to write a tell all with all the famous men he slept with. He died before he finished the manuscript.

Don't ask me how I know all this. I simply do.

See my LJ to see how bad it got last night. Silly is good. It balances me out. A brother bout to need some fiber in his diet if he don't find a way to channel his ire. Can't keep the shit inside.

i hate that pussy ass song...besides that won't work on him, but what *will* work is locking him in a room w/ nothing but a steady diet of the parkers and i love knew york on a continuous loop...:evilsmile

For you,oh Princess of Perv:
I was bruised and battered
And I couldn't tell what I felt
I was unrecognizable to myself
Saw my reflection in a window
I didn't know my own face

Oh brother are you gonna leave me wasting away
On the streets of Philadelphia

I walked the avenue till my legs felt like stone
I heard the voices of friends vanished and gone
At night I could hear the blood in my veins
Just as black and whispering as the rain
On the streets of Philadelphia

Ain't no angel gonna greet me
It's just you and I my friend
And my clothes don't fit me no more
I walked a thousand miles just to slip this skin

The night has fallen, I'm lyin' awake
I can feel myself fading away
So receive me brother with your faithless kiss
Or will we leave each other alone like this
On the streets of Philadelphia

Night Kat. :)

Hip Hop Night At the Interbelt

So I got asked if I wanted to go to the Interbelt tonight, of course I responded with a “hell yeah!” Defiantly the right answer.

We decided to leave by ten thirty since the cover charge starts at eleven. I get finished getting dressed at nine thirty and walk down the hall to talk to my neighbors. All of whom where shocked that I was heading out on a Monday. I replied that I had a social life even if they didn’t.

Well we get to the club at 10:55 and rush up to the door in the rain where we find this big line. The funny thing about the Interbelt is that it has an awning and yet it has nothing to cover the awning. So you think you’re rushing to someplace out of the rain but it is still pouring down on you.

Well we finally get inside and the place is already packed. It’s only 11:00 and there are more people in there than the weekend. We sit around watching the dancers. Sarah gets hit on by some dude (which is funny on several levels). Ginna then gets a drink and Beckah follows her while Sarah goes out for a smoke. Leaving me all alone. So I naturally head onto the dance floor and shake my salt shaker. Next thing I know Beckah is on the floor with me and we do a little dirty dancing.

It was amazingly hot in the club (all night long) so we get off the dance floor and sit down. I look over and see two guys in thongs dancing on the bar. Naturally I head over to see what’s going on. When I return the lesbians start to make fun of me. Apparently they noticed I was gone, then realized there were two guys on the bar, then realized where I was.

So Ginna decided she wants to get a better look at the Go-Go Boys. We walk arm in arm over past them and she leans into and says “that guy is amazingly well hung.” I lean back over to her and say “It’s fake.” “Really?” “Trust me.” But apparently she didn’t trust I can tell the difference between a real penis and an enhanced penis as later on she leans into me and goes “You were so right, it’s fake.”

But anywho we agree that the guy in the cowboy hat is much hotter than the guy in the visor and go back to sit down on the edge of the platform. Well the lesbians kept making fun of me for staring at them. I tell them “I have a right to be horny. I haven’t had sex in two years.” Which is certainly not something they can say.

Well finally the show starts, and it starts with a seven foot tall black drag queen who as her big finale stands on her head. While this is going on I’m standing right where the path bottlenecks. I suddenly feel this pair of hands groping my chest. I turn around to find that the one Go-Go Boy has just copped a feel while walking past me.

The next performer was kind of boring so I decide this is the perfect opportunity to take a bathroom break. Only to find that the only free urinal has condom sitting in it.

Well I get back just in time for Danyel Vasquez’s performance. Now if Akron area drag queens could be considered celebrities, she would be one. Well she comes out in this enormous purple sequined eighties style dress with a purple fur coat and performs to Glamerous by Fergie. After words someone mentioned it was someone’s birthday so this lesbian couple came on stage and we all sang happy birthday.

That was the break where we head back onto the dance floor. Well I decided that I was totally going to slide those dancers some money. And they were nice enough to dance for me for a little bit. I go to leave and this guy slams into me spilling his drink all down my arm.

I get back and Beckah tells me Ginna is ready to leave when ever I am, so we all leave. While in the car Beckah asks me “Did you slide some dollar bills in those guy’s G-strings?” and I say “Yes yes I did.” And she says “Awesome.”

The for some odd reason the topic of vaginas comes up and I say “I don’t understand them. Blood comes gushing out of them, babies come shooting out of them…” Sarah screams at me “Babies don’t always come shooting out of them!” I say back “If they aren’t shooting out of vaginas, where are they shooting out of?” and then I add “Wait a minute… how do you even walk with giant holes down there?”

At which point Ginna looses control and starts laughing hysterically. Which is bad because she’s driving and it is raining heavily. But we managed to make it home.

It was a great night.

(I'm totaly going to post this on Passes out too since some people read that thread and not this one. Damn the two chat threads!)

Where is the manufactured passion and bookmarked mad emoticons at the begining and end of post? Where is the anger void of malice. Ah. To be honest Heystacy used to be quite the attention whore. He would posts rants at posters in large seven point text with mad emoticons, semi-nude pictures of Manfaye and Adrian Paul. His want for attention was so great he started threads wanting to be a lesbian, among other threads designed to get maximum attention.

And when he Stacy wasn't getting enough attention he would go on strike only to show up minutes later demanding even more attention. He even went so far as to start a thread calling Papergirl, SK716, WhiteRose and Hellokitty Kat whores. Can you believe it? Whores. Needless to say Stacy took adavantage of the no ban policy and was quite the troll. You can even see him relapse a bit as he's typing in large red text again. At least this time he isn't focused on Sk 716 ferrets, me or Cam 63.

Tommy and I will run a JLA/Avengers Cross-over RPG. Anyone interested in joining up? Pink Bat Max, did I hear you say you wanted to play Wonder Woman?

The premise involves an "Untold Tale of The JLA/Avengers Reunions" based on issue #3 of Busiek's smash cross-over hit. Think the annual JLA/JSA team-ups, except with the Avengers instead. What exactly do you do in these RPG things?

Pick one of the characters off my list. You "play" him/her by helping all involved write an over-arcing story, round robin style. For all intents and purposes, our game will be "freeform", or without dice rolling. Tommy and I will help answer questions you need to get started. We have several Avengers and could use a few DC heroes off the list.

A helpful tip--we're basing the story off the "team-up/reunion" scenes we saw from "JLA/Avengers" issue 3. The Grandmaster helped combine the DC and Marvel universes to stop Krona taking advantage of the power he stole from Galactus. The heroes met and teamed up just like the JLA/JSA did from the early 60's onward. Historically, our heroes our taken from the "Justice League International" era and the "West Coast/East Coast Avengers" era.

That's why you won't see many heroes who've since joined each team. :)

If the show is on MTV I guarantee it's going to showcase young people, the music industry, so called random people on the street and so called random callers to the show making !@#$%^&* requests. It's like day time TV, it's the same repetitive nonsense day in and day out so how hard can it be to emulate it enough to fool regular watchers?

Yes, except with more drama and even less social skills.

Two threads caught my eye and I posted what were initially intended to be passing points--"Buffy showed superhuman speed in these episodes", "Quicksilver once chumped Monica Rambeau by playing against her lesser maneuverability and reflexes". I wasn't stopping by to drop anchor, I just wanted to make supportive comments for posters arguing a certain case, I wasn't planning on getting deeply enmeshed in the debate--stupid ME. Goddamn, did I open the proverbial can o' worms!

Rumbles is one of the few places online where I've consistently encountered the belligerent, baiting, outright socially inept behaviors people stereotypically associate with the 'net. I didn't knuckle under to a few hectoring local rules lawyers, who happened to be on the other side of the debate in question, and (naturally) they get in my face. As if that didn't bring the Fun, I was blatantly accused of "deliberately warping/breaking board rules to manipulate the outcome". I was outright called a liar twice.

What. The. Fuck.

First, I'm not so emotionally invested that I've got to win some "my superhero can beat up your superhero" contest by whatever dubious means I can pull out my ass. Second, as I posted for everyone to see, I didn't go there like some moustache-twirling Oil Can Harry to see how I could disrupt Rumbles. To properly complete the experience, one of the mods there sided with his coterie of anal-retentive, territorial little sychophants and accused me of deliberately violating board ToU and "he thought I should stop posting in the thread".

I reported the offensive posts from that Rumbler AND the mod in question's post.

Yes, Bert--that's as adolescently silly as it sounds. They're people I'll probably NEVER meet in person, and if they acted anything remotely similar offline, I wouldn't go out of my way to do so. What pisses me off is that I come to CBR for fun, and the notion of some juvenile little asshole trying to sabotage my participation here sets me off.

Hayden Panettiere is a wanted woman - Japanese authorities have issued an arrest warrant for the Heroes star. The 18-year-old actress violently clashed with Japanese fishermen recently as she tried to save hundreds of dolphins from slaughter. The star was almost stabbed by fishing hooks aimed at the protestors during the protest, but felt compelled to show her opposition to the mass killing, which turned the sea red with blood. And now Panettiere is wanted by Japanese police. She says, "I learned today that I have an arrest warrant out for me in Japan because of what I did for Save the Wales." And the beauty is not scared of being sent to jail - because they'd have to catch her first. She adds of the incident's repercussions, "Potentially jail, but I doubt it... I guess they could come here and get us, but probably not."

Wouldn't it be cool if Hayden and Aquaman teamed up to save dolphins? It could give Aquaman a whole new lease on life.

He would certainly be better than her current Heroes boyfriend. I tried to get into the show, but I couldn't it. There were not enough scenes with Kristen Bell. Sigh.

Though I did love seeing her evil.

She was so hot, she needed to be punished. http://planetsmilies.net/obscene-smiley-1018.gif

Anyways, I need stress relief. Arguing over adultery. Arrgh. I'm against it.

But this all started because someone didn't like me saying that I would not "judge" someone in that situation.

Grrr. http://planetsmilies.net/angry-smiley-178.gif

I don't think I have ever hated a book as much as I hate The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. My hate is so strong I am consistantly surprised that the book does not burst into flames in my hands.

I think the book I may have the greatest hate for is Hannibal by Thomas Harris.

If you have to write a paper on it, put your disdain in the paper. it should make it worthwhile to read, a get your points across, and you may never have to think about it ever again.

Hmmm. Interesting idea. I feel I could get a full six pages of disdain for this book out. It is written poorly, the characters fall miserably flat and are interchangeable except for some small surface differences. Apparently the sympathies of teenage girls are easier to sway than mine are since I can't help noticing how shallow and bitchy the girls are. Plus they are whores. And it has one of the worst openings ever recorded on the page.

Tommy inspired me to as this question. If you hate a book you are reading can you stop? I can't. Once I start a book, no matter how good or terrible I have to see it through to the end.

Also do you guys jump to the ending while you are reading a book? I always do that as well.

I end up even getting only halfway through books I'm enjoying. I have so many half-finished books in my apartment that I need to complete that I've mostly stopped buying them.

I have sometimes peeked at the ending.

I can stop. I just can't stop with this book since it is a school assignment.

I used to do that a lot. But now I never do that. Except for this book when I flipped to the end hoping to find one of the girls (or better all) dead.

I'm the complete opposite of you! I love that movie! The Bitch who stole Christmas parody that Gail linked to was pretty funny. BTW, did anyone else notice the key party at the beginning of the live action film starring Jim Carrey?

I thought that was way too much for a kid's film. I've gotta go now.

If a book hasn't grabbed me by the halfway point and I don't see some reason to think it'll get better, I'm done with it.

The reasons to keep going are varied. Usually because it's a classic or because it comes highly recommended. Silas Marner, for example, is a big of a slog the first two thirds or so, but when you get to the final act, the payoff is well worth the effort it took to get there.

Disposable pop entertainment needs to actually be entertaining me, though, or I dump it.

I never skip to the end. It's all the way through beginning to end.

In Walt and Skeezix, Skeezix's nanny, Rachel, starts books in the middle, reads through to the end, then goes back to the beginning. She says it's a habit she picked up from going to the movies.

I've given up on a few books. Anne Rice's "Violin" is one of them. A friend suggested that if you don't like a book storp reading it. A story can't improve if a lot of it sucks already.

I wish I had peeked at the end of Shadows of the Empire, since I lost the book at the time, and I was into it. :(

I'm not sure. It seems really arbitrary, especially since they generally work if you take them right at the onset of a migraine. I've had to miss a lot of work because of migraines so I would think it's something they'd consider major enough.
