Mezco Custom of Daimio (I have a question)

I'm looking to do a custom of Daimio using a Johann body as the base but I need a head that looks some what like Daimio in this scale. Can anyone suggest any figures? DC Direct is a bit too small for this. Ideally I'd only have to redo the hair and the face gash.

Well, you could keep it all in the Hellboy family and use one of the Heads, but that would require a lot more customization that you want to do. You know what might work? SOTA's Johnny Cash. You'd have to file down the pompadour, but the face kind of works...

Other suggestions: Sin City's Marv (the McFarlane verison might be more appropriate, but NECA's would do too), or you could build up using Sculpy from the unbandaged Darkman. You'd have the scarred part taken care of, just have to add a face around the rest of it! Good luck with this project, and keep us posted on your progress!
