He has gone weeks without food, water or rest before tiring. And with his ability to adapt now to any environment, breathing isn't an issue anymore. Exerting himself at full capacity would is tougher to guage because what exactly constitutes "full capacity"? Running? Holding up a mountain? Fighting? In the latter you're more likely to fall from injury before exhaustion. He has though fought in Hel for "days" non-stop though.
