Hi - I'm a bit curious about the numberings on the Superman Family books from the 70s.

Am I right in thinking Jimmy Olsen's numbering became Superman Family? Was Lois Lane cancelled around that time too?

Any help would be appreciated!

Correct on both counts. LL's last ish (#137) was cover-dated 10/74, at which time Superman Family (with #167, having continued, as you suspect, Jimmy Olsen's numbering) was 4 ishes old.

Jimmy Olsen was cancelled in early 1974 (can't remember cover date of final ish), and Superman Family appeared on the racks the next month with JO's numbering.

IIRC, Lois Lane wasn't cancelled until autumn of 1974.

I don't have time to look up specific dates right now.

'twas my pleasure.

I've had many nice care packages arrive in the mail from various CBR friends, so it is always great to pay it forward.

It feels like old school fandom to me.
