I've been reading the biography of the Fox sisters, Kate and Maggie. They brought spritualism to light all across America, and a bit further.

Upon reading, I came across the name Victoria Woodhull, who was a spiritualist herself, and more importantly, the first female to run for the presidency of the United States, back in the 1870's. It was the election won by Ulysses S. Grant. Victoria happened to be in jail the night of the elections. This is when the memory chords struck, and I remember reading about her back in high school.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good biography of hers. I found several on amazon.com, but if anyone has already gone through one or two, I'd like to hear your thoughts on them so as I may pick one up.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
