Back when Tokyopop was Mixx The first thing they put out was a anthology magazine called Mixxzine. I got the first couple of issue and the first issue they had in order Sailor moon, Magic knight Rayearth, Parasyte (including the scene in which the Parasyte infected man bites the head off his wife).
I read the whole thing years ago and I may be wrong but that whole if 90% of humans being gone would make the world better at the begining isn't narriation from some character in the book but more omniprecient narriation like Morgan Freeman in War of the Worlds.
