Alright, so I hardly know anything about this song I'm looking for, so please bear with me...I heard it at a restaurant and my friend was talking to me at the time, so I didn't want to interrupt her and I didn't even realize how much I was enjoying the song until it was over! From what I can recall, we were listening to what must have been a local rock/pop station, and it sounded like the guy was singing with old-style jazz vocals (think the stuff that was sampled in at the beginning of "Standing Outside A Broken Phone Booth With Money In My Hand" by Primitive Radio Gods). I don't think it was dubbed at all, though the song had a sort of atmospheric feel to it, and there was a pretty slow, heavy beat underneath that sounded kinda techno-ish, although it might not have been. Does anybody have ANY idea what I might be talking about? Because I sure don't. I wish I had asked someone what it was while it was playing. If anybody can help me find it, I'll be extremely grateful.
