Is Ciara a better dancer than Janet Jackson?

This topic was being discussed on a blog I (occasionally) visit.

So here I'm thinking Janet is going to leading by a mile So I the comments where Ciara's name kept on popping up far more so than Janet's which left me :confused: personally. I'd like to see another general forum's opinion so. (I myself prefer Janet when it comes to overall performing).

and some artists are better than others. sorry. reality sucks doesn't it? art is limited by the technical abilities of the artist.

and umm.. i vote janet, cause i don't really know who this ciara person is other than that she sings and dances. janet's got 20 years on her and still does what what put me in a hospital for entertainment purposes.

Janet...Even though her career is winding down she is still completely influential and she has proven she deserves the spot, whereas Ciara is still largely unproven.

That's tough. Yes, Janet's a pioneer, but I've never seen her do anything like when Ciara leans her body back, from the knees up, a full 90 degrees and just looks like she's levitating. That's tough to do.

Well, if you remember the "Pleasure Principle" music video (she's so fine in that video, by the way) she was doing sumersaults and splits/cuts.
